I’m a huge underdog in the english premier league, have been using 4312 fire up until now but afraid it’s not good enough defensively for me. These 2 tactics are very succesful. I used FM20.4.1FIREWATERKnapVOL24312P103FA for 2023-2024 season. No defeat and draw in Serie A ,only 2 defeats and 2 draws in Europaen matches. Then I started to use FM20.4.1FireandWater23212P104EC for 2024-2005 and 2025-2026 season. I strongly recommend these 2 tactics. I am hoping it will be a bit more solid for my weaker team as they do not seem to be able to be able execute some of the more attacking formations such as 4321 or 4312 to a good level. I have quite a few good CM's but no natural DM's or AM's so I was wondering if they were struggling in the unfamiliar roles. I am obviously retraining them but still not sure they are up to the job to get the most of the good formations. I would replace them but I have virtually no budget at Toulouse.
