Buying/Selling: Buying

Player Name: Jan Oblak

Your Team: Cardiff City

Buyer/Seller: At. Madrid

Player's Value: £4.2mil

Offer: £10-15mil

Transfer/Wage Budget: £150m

Patch: 16.2

Season: Summer 2017.

OR

Buying/Selling: Buying

Player Name: Asmir Begovic

Your Team: Cardiff City

Buyer/Seller: Chelsea

Player's Value: £11.5mil

Offer: £6mil

Transfer/Wage Budget: £150m

Patch: 16.2

Season: Summer 2017.

I finished 3rd with Cardiff in my second season after winning promotion. I currently have Begovic on loan, as well as Valdes, Alisson and david Marshall. Valdes and Marshall are leaving, but I also have Dragowski as a youngster. Begovic has done well whilst on loan.

Who do I go for? I do I trust Alisson as my number 1 heading into CL?

Buy Oblak and you'll have a top goalkeeper for years and if you want he'll have resale value.

Buying/Selling: Buying

Player Name: moussa Dembele

Your Team: Wolves

Buyer/Seller: Fulham

Player's Value: £2.5m

Offer: £8m

Transfer/Wage Budget: £9m

Patch: 16.2

Season: July 2015

Is Dembele any good? Can he go on to be world class?

Looked quite good on my Portsmouth save until West Ham bought him when he needed to play football and ruined him. 8mil isn't a bad price - he'll develop well if he's played.

Buying/Selling: Selling

Player Name: Yannick Ferreira Carrasco

Your Team: Crystal Palace

Buyer/Seller: Bayern M

Player's Value: 21.5M EUR

Offer: 45M EUR total

25M upfront

6M over 12 months

5.75M after 50 league apps

8.75M after 10 league goals

30% next transfer profit

Transfer/Wage Budget: 46.4M and 735k p/m

Patch: 16.2

Season: 16/17

Background: Bought him last season for 10M EUR and he was quite okay having 7.50 in 16 apps least season and 7.36 in 15 apps this season. I can't complain as he was good replacement. I Have Zaha Bolasie and Embolo to fill in ML and MR. I am also getting Jese for free on Bosman ruling and probably would get Vitolo as he has 25M fee clause.

What do you think?

Yeah I will probably pass on Vitolo. I will get Berahino for 13M instead. What about the one below?

Buying/Selling: Buying

Player Name: Roberto Firmino

Your Team: Crystal Palace

Buyer/Seller: Liverpool

Player's Value: 48M EUR

Offer: 10M upfront 33.5M over 48 months

Transfer/Wage Budget: 46.4M and 735k p/m

Patch: 16.2

Season: 16/17

He is transfer listed and I really need quality CM, cause my loaned Wilshere is injury prone. 43.5M is a lot, but Firmino is world class.

No. Isn't worth it and that's from personal use. Try Andrija Balic.

Buying/Selling: Buying.

Player Name: Kevin Volland.

Your Team: West Ham United.

Buyer/Seller: Dortmund.

Player's Value: £35,000,000.

Offer: £35,000,000 (transfer-listed).

Transfer/Wage Budget: £26,000,000 or something, £500,000 excess wage.

Patch: 16.2.

Season: 2019/20.

Need a rotaional striker and it wouldn't hurt to have some cover on the wings. He will mostly be a bench player, but I've always like having Volland in my side in previous versions. This is how he's developed.

Balic is too young so I might get him for future, I need already developed, world class AMC for now.

I know this is an obvious one, but have a look at Lincoln from Grêmio if he's not been purchased already.

edit: do you want him to play at CM or AMC?

CM, but it's just a position, AMC duties and abilities are the key. Sorry for the confusion. I am thinking about Lincoln, but he is still young and I might get him for future, I also would like to please the board, fans and myself with some big name. I had a great success with Sissoko and Wijnaldum and even Ayoze Perez on my Newcastle save.

Buying/Selling: Buying.

Player Name: Kevin Volland.

Your Team: West Ham United.

Buyer/Seller: Dortmund.

Player's Value: £35,000,000.

Offer: £35,000,000 (transfer-listed).

Transfer/Wage Budget: £26,000,000 or something, £500,000 excess wage.

I don't know if £35M isn't too much for a transfer listed Volland... Depends on your save, you might consider Luan, Rafinha, Berardi, G. Barbosa, Kenedy, Calleri, Malcom or Sergio Diaz (depends if he developed well). If those are not available, I would try to lower the price for Volland to around 25-30M, and you definitely don't need to pay those upfront.

EDIT: Also when I try to sign a sub player, it's important for me if he won't be angry about being only a sub.

EDIT2: List of top players best at CM pos in the tactic I use

Have you tried Lanzini? There's a bit of West Ham bias, but he has been absolutely sensational for me.

Yes he looks pretty cool, I actually had some issues with him on my West Ham save and struggled in executing his potential. I've checked him in pre-season in my current save (I am on January window now) and he wasn't interested. I just scouted him again and it seems he would be fairly interested but he would cost me more that Firmino...

Buying/Selling: Selling.

Player Name: Jack Wilshere.

Your Team: West Ham United.

Buyer/Seller: Watford.

Player's Value: £20,500,000.

Offer: £27,000,000.

Transfer/Wage Budget: Enough.

Patch: 16.2.

Season: 2019/20.

Even though the money might be upfront, I feel it's not enough. I would keep him cause he might play perfect sub + he is HG. I would sell him for around 35M.

I ended up cancelling the deal, just didn't sit right. He's actually a first choice midfielder on a very team friendly contract.

Well, I thought that you consider selling him for 27M cause he is just a sub. If he is your first choice I would request 35-40M.

Buying/Selling: Buying.

Player Name: wilfried Bony.

Your Team: Inter Milan.

Buyer/Seller: Man City.

Player's Value: £20,500,000.

Offer: £5,000,000 (plus about 10 mil in goals and appearances addons).

Transfer/Wage Budget: Low.

Patch: 16.2.

Season: 2016/17.

OR

Player Name: Jamie Vardy.

Buyer/Seller: Leicester.

Player's Value: £7,250,000 (Leicester relegated).

Offer: £4,000,000 (plus about 6 mil of goals and appearances addons).

I still have Icardi, I also have Barbosa and Jovetic. However last season I was left really short up front when Icardi stopped scoring. Bony is younger (27) but also more expensive, with only one position and might not be willing to stay backup to Icardi. However he is a better player. Vardy is vardy, he is cheaper but might be more of a backup. Probably will have no sell on value in a year or two.

Any help??

Buying/Selling: Selling

Player Name: Kristoffer Ajer

Your Team: Crystal Palace

Buyer/Seller: Benfica

Player's Value: 14.75M EUR

Offer: 17.5M upfront 2.3M over 12 months, 6.5M after 50 apps, 5.5M after int apps (easy money), 30% next transfer profit

Transfer/Wage Budget: low

Patch: 16.2

Season: 17/18

Background: Ajer isnt THAT good in my save (checked his CA/PA - 141/141). I have Javi Martinez, Cabaye, Levin Oztunali, James McArthur, Jedinak (Rez), Firmino and Wilshere to fill in 3 spots (CMR, CML, DM).

If you don't need him, then £30,000,000 or so isn't bad. I'd rather get rid of Jedinak or McArthur though.

I prefer to keep Jedinak as a tutor and he plays in reserves. I would release McArthur I guess. Thanks.

Buying/Selling: Selling.

Player Name: Rodrigo Bentancur.

Your Team: West Ham United.

Buyer/Seller: Schalke.

Player's Value: £22,500,000.

Offer: £35,000,000.

Transfer/Wage Budget: Enough.

Patch: 16.2.

Season: 2020/21.

It's essentially £15,000,000 up front and £10,000,000 over 12 months, with another £10,000,000 coming after 10 international appearances.

He only made 24 appearances (17 as a starter) last season, he was only purchased as a replacement for Mark Noble. I will make a huge profit.

Here he is.

I say you could probably get a wee bit more if you tried but however that cash could easily get a replacement.

75M is quite nice, but you need to ask yourself a question: can you make more money out of him staying? Do you have any upgrade-replacement (I don't think Benteke is any close to it)? 75M is huge so you need to figure if you need the money and you can improve your squad with it.

Player Name: Bernado Silva

Your Team: Gillingham

Buyer/Seller: Barcelona

Player's Value: £45m

Offer: £72m (£60 up front) plus add ons

Transfer/Wage Budget: £87m/350k a week left

Patch: 16.2

Season: Start of season 7 (2021/22)

4th season in the Premierleague. Have managed to get rid of some big wage players who were past their best and just sold Odegaard to Monaco for £60m. Barcelona bought Bernado Silva 4 seasons ago for £69m - he's now 26 and has had an average rating of more than 7.9 all 4 seasons with Barcelona and more than 8 with Portugal. My number 1 purchase would have been Dybala but he's at Monaco and they won't sell. It's a lot of money but my squad looks good currently with some good young regens coming through and just want a marquee signing

You can play him as AMC (as Trequartista he is very good), as ST (F9) or IF/a on the right wing.

Train Finish and get him a good Tutor, he will develop worldclass.

Transfer/Wage Budget: £40m remaining / £300k p/w remaining

Patch: 16.0.2

Season: August 2018 (sdtart of 4th season)

Just won the domestic treble with Wolves and got to the first knock out stage of CL (exceeding the board's expectations in all competitions). My current best defender is Niklas Süle and he needs a solid partner. Romagnoli is the best option the scouts recommend and is interested (he's requested to leave Milan), but Milan want £48.5m for him, either up front or over time. He's currently on £135k p/w and scouts estimate he'll want between £150k and £210k p/w, which I have the budget for but not sure if the board would allow it, as my current highest earner is Lincoln on 96k p/w. My back up choice would be Reece Oxford who I could get for around £10m, but he is still a work in progress, whereas Romagnoli is the complete article at 23 years old.

Should I break the bank and do everything to get him, or try Oxford and build him up in the club's image, or are there better options I don't know of?

Need help here team!

Buying/Selling: Selling.

Player Name: Will Hughes

Your Team: Aston Villa

Buyer/Seller: Man City

Player's Value: 13.25million

Offer: £25million initial fee, plus 5 million in installments over 12 months

Transfer/Wage Budget: Plenty for our current mid table level

Patch: 16.2.

Season: 2018/19.

Situation: I’m doing a UK and Ireland only squad save, with a focus on buying young players for the first team. The offer is fantastic but I’m short on replacements – not convinced on some of the young prospects available, they wouldn’t be good enough for our ambitions this season. The experienced alternative is 29 y/o Jack Cork – who is not as good a player as Hughes, but comes in at 6 million and is actually fairly well suited to the role I would have him play.
