FM2013 Free Players: Ultimate List

Similar to my wonderkids list I've created a big list of some of the best free agents at the start of FM2013. Some are very old, some are youngish but at the grand price of £0 you can't really go wrong.

If you're running low on funds, free players are the way to go, not only do you get their quality for free but you can also sell them on at a big profit so yeah, it's a win-win.

The list can be found here: Football Manager 2013 Free Players

Players are sortable by age etc and this also has a downloadable shortlist. Please, if you come across any other good freebies then let me know as I want this list to be a good as possible.

So, who are the best freebies you've seen so far? Royston Drenthe is a great free agent as he is only 25 and has great stats

ST

Robbie Fowler (his wages are expencive though)

James Beattie

both signable in league 1 - Beattie went to rangers on mine

Ahmed Soukouna (yup he is still there)

MF

Jason Koumas

and I got Zanetti at Bury so he is a good one to try for lower leagues

Zanetti is indeed a great signing. Obviously lacking pace but can be a good signing if you can manage to get him :)

Looks like he is willing to join me at Crewe :)

Would be my best set piece taker, so I am very tempted to let him take them.

Seeing as Welshace got in first with a crazy keeper... I'll add one with a ready made excuse for a name...

Remember, when your keeper lets in several goals... and they were all his fault, there's only one man you can blame...

"Ohhhh FOCK!!!"

Christian Nade can be signed for £0 from his current club, not a bad player for lower league champ/league one teams.

Same with Reading's Nicholas Bignall & Scunthorpe's Eddie Nolan, there good enough for league one teams and below. Bignall is Speedy & Powerful.
