I decided to do this after coming across a few people who have asked about what is the highest or why are their board upgrading when they have excellent youth facilities for example. I have written the attribute range in white, so for those of you who want to know just highlight the table and they will show up. Junior Coaching affects the starting CA of the youngsters. Youth Attribute/Facility is just the quality of the training facilities for young players. PA - potential ability CA - current ability players are given a star rating for their ability. So a 17year old player may have 1 star CA but have a 4 star PA, so if you train him and mentor him correctly and allow him matches, he will be more likely to reach his potential ability, whereas if you have a player aged 28, their pa and ca will be the same roughly as they will have reached their potential ability by this age. so neymar will have a 2star CA for example, but his PA will be 5 star, and for carlos tevez, his CA will be 5 star and his PA will be 5 star as he will have reached his full potential. hope this helps Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

If you highlight all the tables in the opening post, you will see that they have an attribute band (except junior coaching), this is to mimic advances in technology, so if your training facilities were rated the highest (20)* this season next they may drop due to new technology (19)* even though it will still be rated top. *- Spolier highlight to read Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
