His stats were amazing even at 18 and worth a punt even at £10m when you are Inter! Can't wait to see what he looks like when he is in his prime! Good Northern Irish Midfielder, didn't sign him but has a regular place in the team Signed him for £10k in 2010 when I was at Plymouth, resigned him this season for £8.75m. Solid player. Go to a new club and snap him up quickly because I think that he is one for the future. offer him a contract before you leave, minimum fee release clause £1,000 000. O'Neill signed him in his second stint at the club for about £3m I think. Players with low natural fitness will not be able to sustain high tempo based tactics for long periods of time. Low natural fitness will result in them not being able to play every game each week.
