quick question, how do the wide strikers operate so i know which foot for each side, do they get the ball then try to beat a man and either pass/shoot, or dribble wide and cross, or do they get played in after the middle ST gets the ball, cause each of these would result in a different foot, so based on what you've viewed how would you say they play mainly or even better which foot setup do you notice better results on

They come inside alot so i think it would be best to have the left striker right footed and the right striker left footed.

When i have played Defoe in the Left slot i have seen him alot curl the ball into the top corner.

I appreciate you doing a test like this really this don't help anyone mate - Testing a tactic for 5 games is no good, It's even worse when you change from one to another after 5 games.

If you want to do a test like this give each one about 15-20 games then w will be able to see a patern from the results.

When i was using the more Defensive one i had my Match Prep on Defensive Positioning, I think this helped alot so maybe you could try that aswell.

I then gave the tactic for people to test and they reported that the defence was slightly leaky against crosses and Corners so i made the defensive tactic to try and counter this.

which version was leaky? the one i tested is more than fine in defence mate,think it was cena vs the rock one you sent,so strong at the back forcing the opposition to a lot of long range shots,going strong with my man utd save,when season is complete i will pop a screen shot up,i finally lost a game away to spurs,was gutted but every tactic loses,the goals it is scoring is immense to

Yeah that is the one mate - It was just Fullbacks mainly that i changed in the Defence one to try and get them to be more protective.

I think the Cena - Rock version is pretty awesome too boss.

I though that it was ok to test a tactic for 5 games if every bar in match preperation was perfectly full. Mine was when in my first 5 games chosed to use your defensive 3 pedigrees version.

As you can see on the screenshot below the results was not really good. So I changed it and for the next 5 game I used your offensive Cena vs the rock tactic. It turned out to be more defensive for me and I conceded less goals, but didn't get the goals myself. But I chosed to continue on with the Cena tactic for the rest of the season and as you can se it clearly went better after some time.

I'm waiting for the next season now, then I will have the correct pitch pize and will start using one tactic from the start. I think it will be the defensive one, since I'm not a top team at all in my league. But the attacking one went pretty good now... So, hard one to chose there!

Mr H. -Any recommendation for next season? Defensive or attacking? As said, I'm media predicted to end in the middle of the table.

Yeah just ignore it mate, I never ever listen to my Assistant manager on stuff like that.

What i tend to do is look for an assistant manager that has high attributes in, Motivation Man Management Determination and Tactical Ability - Level Of Discipline and Judging Player Potential and Ability is also an advantage.

The i set my assistant to take care of Team Talks Press Confrences and Things like that.

high workload in pre-season on team blend until fluid,as soon as fluid drop to medium workload on defensive,then switch to attack if you feel you are lapsing in attack for a short while,that's what i do,you/others may find better ways

dking, I think they'll do good aswell, but as you can see in the player filter they require sick requirements, alot of attributes. So i guess it will be hard finding those who can be your top striker in a season.

mate ive tested it a fair bit.. dont think ive lost yet haha played 15 games unbeaten! in top 5 with my first season in the prem happy days it seems a tactic u could build a team with aswell. knew it would be a good tactic this one

I had really good success with Fulham using the 4-1-2-1-2 Tactic, so i'm going to give this a go and see how it works out. If this is an improvement as most people seem to think then it must be good!

I tested on my current game with the more defensive version, playing as preston was sitting top before sqitching this was my record P15 W7 D3 L5 F26 A14. I started to slip down the table when i started using this tactic, went back to the other tactic i was using to start with, tempted to go again with this tactic again tho from start of next season. Going to be tough tho because i dont have a good squad and first season in prem.

Lennon as an outer striker as they tend to move into the flanks. Bale as a fullback

I''ve met some tests my self.... and the best way to use the tactics is simple ... use the pedrigree and tombstone tactic for low to mid teams..... and from mid to high Cena vs the Rock it;s logical i mean you can't use a ultra atacking tactic with Suderland or West Ham the counter-atacks of the oposing teams will get you killed

Erm, I have never encountered this before, I normally just go with Terminate by Mutual Consent, That always works for me.

I genreally just leave it on one.

What i have just done now though in the Match Prep is Put both tactics up there to be learned so if i do change the players will already be used to the tactic.

What i done is move 2 side strikers to amc to suit team, results 15 straight wins with koln, thanks dave, btw pulling one back didnt work as well for me, running test games all day!
