joe__the__man
Not sure if he's been mentioned, but imo Werner Kern is the best assistant manager in the game. Starts at Bayern Munchen as a youth coach I believe but has high stats in all the right places. Unforunately he retired on me a couple of seasons into my game but by then there was other good assmen about.

batty1
Motivation and Determination I think. I think your right polska. Also Cassius Hartmann is a 5 star goalkeeping coach: You might need to load brazil to find him as he is brazillian. Mehmet Scholl is a 4.5 star shooting coach. joe__the__man
Cassius Hartmann is only 65% on my game haha, with 3 for discipline. Must have random DDM I presume. And yeah Scholl is 84%, he's good.

SloPantelija
I'm looking for some decent scuts that would add some knowledge to the club... I manage a Slovenian club (so poor reputation of the league, though I am currently in the CL) and I can only offer wages of £700 p/w, but I have some budget left so it's no problem if they're under a contract... Any suggestions?
MickeyFelipe
Hey, i couldn't find any 4 star coaches for Dinamo Zagreb. Now starting my 2nd season, so i decided to use the Gscout. i normally don't use it. Don't really need it, but it came in handy this time. I found some coaches with low current ability, but very high potential abillity, like 190+. So how fast will his current ability increase?
