small Mac
Serbia and Holland have no restrictions. Belarus is max 5 registered for squad, not including russians, ukrainians or kazakhs.
hehehemann
Germany - No limit of foreigners in league play, only comes into effect for domestic cup games so hardly a problem. I think this is the best league to build a team of foreigners in europe. Value of players is still high and league standard is pretty good with teams like bayern who can compete in champions league and stand a chance to win. dankrzyz
I could have sworn the Ukraine was 7 in the starting 11. I thought they recently changed it (in '08?) to 7 from 8. Could be thinking of something else though.

Jambodinho
There is a limit in france but i cant remember if its 3 or 5 for the starting 11. It may be 3 for the match squad and 5 for the whole squad but Africans doesnt count as foreigners so you can buy as many as you like. Becomes a problem when the African Cup of Nations comes around though.
senorcoo
I believe Portugal also has no limit. I'm thinking of going back to my original favorite Portuguese club - Academica.

Harryseaess
Turkey allows for no more than 8 foreigners to be given squad numbers and only 6 foreigners can be in the team of 18 players (Starting 11 and 7 subs).
Zwarte Dood
In my 08 save I sometimes had 5 Argentinians, 3 Brazilians, 2 Frenchies and 1 Swede (Guess who...) in my Inter's starting 11, having only 2 Italians in my 1st team squad of 25. Was restricted to buy only 1 non-eu player a season though
