And loved this even more ! In our first season we beated Le Havre , now we start with a great win at Saint-étienne , Media Predicted 9th ! Here we go ! Big crowd ! we are used to play for 3000/3500 fans. Whaaaaat ? Tha didn't last long.. they scored a strange goal . Penalty goal after the VAR gave a controversial penalty No Mbappé goal - no PSG Party ! First Mandouki hit the crossbar.. and afterwards Fadiga produced a Mbappé dribble.. and provided a great assist. First Ayé hit the post, in a scrimmage right in front of their goal .. he scored the rebound :o We did it ! third derby in Ligue 1 , third draw.. Yes sometimes I do this in my final 10/20 minutes against teams like PSG. This time i didn't . Neymar didn't do anything he had Kanté as a direct opponent , he stepped up as a libero (attack). 2 hours ago, karanhsingh said: What a great come back and result! Well done Thanks, proud ! OlivierL
Update : Youth tracker individual sheet Every evening i think.. don't change anything in your Excel.. and two hours later we have this : I had a individual tracker , a group tracker (for youth intake classes - i'll track them 3 years as @_Ben_ suggested. Now i have individual tracker for the whole group . I can track them three years and see how they developed the DNA , Overall and best role rating. I'll track them for three years . Above is an example, i'm only in the second season and they didn't trained one full year yet. I'll calculate this every youth intake period. And progress as a group , for three years. I have to sort them alphabetically by name. Now it's on position and if it changes year after year one copy doesn't fit anymore. Update : Squad player progress sheet Individual squad player tracking system . I'll pick a few players each season to show how they increased or decreased. And a group tracker for a few players - as an experiment or if i want to calculate the progress of a unit or age . OlivierL
Island of France - Une Ambition Capitale ! Season 2 - August 2020 A good debut in Ligue 1 . Could have won against Lille but the 3-3 draw against already made my season We lost our main WBR Arrondel in the last game, he'll be out for two months. -Florian Ayé was by far the best player in August , scoring a very important goal against PSG and many more.

Hootieleece
Good start of the season. @OlivierL. The true reason I play so fast is I don't spend a lot of time with spreadsheets! Lol Just KUTGW. Jogo Bonito
I don't do spreadsheets and still play slow! But work has to come first. And I do take too much time on my updates I'm too simplistic for all that data and analysis, but applaud you for the effort you put in to it @OlivierL as it's clearly a method you enjoy. OlivierL
Island of France - Une Ambition Capitale ! Season 2 - September 2020 Good run but two (unexpected) defeats. First lose against Strasbourg after a lead after 37 seconds. Very unexpected but we are still doing a good job. Against Rennes we conceded twice in the last minutes. Against Nice we lost our three points after a late owngoal and with ten men. Frank Tabanou was the best player in September with a few assists. Jogo Bonito
Our form is in contrast, but you are still comfortable there in the table. I was thinking of your IDF transfer strategy and don't know if being born in Paris is all you need, but Yakou Meite might love a return to the French capital at some time in the future (when you can afford him). Good luck in upcoming fixtures.

OlivierL
Island of France - Une Ambition Capitale ! Process tracker Lamine Diaby Fadiga i posted his progress after +- 8 months on page 2 of this topic. This is fadiga in 6/2019 at the start of this save. This is Fadiga in november 2020. His all time attributes progress looks ok. He improved since last march only +- 2% at his technical attributes. He increased 5 % at this target man role , now i want an increase at his Advanced Forward role because he is my first AF at the moment. His personality changed from Fairly deterimined to Balanced. In the first season i trained him on : He improved both attributes but not as much as i hoped. Now i'm training him individualy since the start of the second season on 'attacking movement' I hope that Tabanou can influence his personality . Conclusion: He started in 11 Ligue 1 games and capped for U20 France. Personality change but not the one i wanted. Individual focus for Fadiga was on the 'aerial' attributes and attacking movement . It seems to increase a few important attributes but i was hoping for a quicker progress. I'm going to train a player traits : Plays with back to goal . OlivierL
Meet the libero : Not the best Libero in the squad but he had a great first season in Ligue 2 . Scored 6 and provided 1 assists. This season he only scored one and assisted one but his 36 key passes make me happy. OlivierL
Island of France - Une Ambition Capitale ! Season 2 - December 2020 Back to back wins let me rise to the subtop. A deserved win against Bordeaux and Montpellier. We didn't deserve anything at Brest . We lost Fadiga for five weeks after the Bordeaux game and Mandouki . Great first round. Finishing in the top 10 is my goal now. Central defender Oumar Solet was the best player in December. No future fee arranged but i hope i can keep (or buy) him in the future. 'Excellent 'group of players but no strikers or wingbacks. lets see if i can retrain the wingers and attacking midfielders . I'm going to sign the three best overall players from the youth intake and al the positieve / neutral personalities.
