For those unfamiliar with what The Byline is, it's our home for original, written content that will include regular series, interviews, tips and content written by the FM community, including some familiar names from our own forums. The Byline will celebrate the things that make FM so compelling, focusing on the highs and lows we all feel over the course of an FM career and will give you more advice to help you get the best out of your save. Sending your head scout to scout that guy as much as possible will also have a positive impact on transferring the guy. Or was it the director? :P I think it's the head scout. Is it written by the same guy that did the Tactics guide on medium?
