In the demo with Truro (haven't got the full game yet) I signed Jonny Lund (credit to CityAndColour for this one) and James Gilpin on free transfers. Those that are already playing in and around the BSS/BSN might want around 100-300 a week but the new powers you have with the transfer negotiations this year (the ability to 'lock in' the wage and offer incentives to make up for the lower wage, such as goal bonuses etc) makes it easier to keep on top of your budget.
