I've added to their angst! According to the Rangers website, they are selling ticketsto ST holders for £30 for us and Ajax (who they play just before us). So sounds like tickets will be a good price. "that 4th place" is the thing that Phil is saying is 'rightfully' Chelsea's, and he states alongside it that they will attempt to better that and win the title.
