I've highlighted the part that I 1000% agree with. The AI is absolutely annoying to even negotiate with. They could purchase a player, Never play him, Player gets listed at e.g 3 x what the club paid for him - Try lowballing the AI and you'll get laughed at. Yet it's ok for the AI to come in with lowball offers on unlisted players according to some people on here. Same goes for trying to negotiate a loan. Club have listed players for loan. So you do your homework, scout and assess the player in question. Come to the conclusion he would make a good addition to the club on loan. So you attempt to broker a loan. Club that wants a player to gain experience then tell you - Important player, Max wages for both playing/not playing and then tell you some silly fee like £250k p.m playing fee, £450k non playing fee. Plus they also want a one off fee for your club either 'Gaining promotion, Avoiding relegation or reaching a set stage in a club competition'.. You try and negotiate with them but their stance WILL NEVER change. Now reverse that role for the wonderkids you would like to gain experience and you either get no offers or AI wants him on loan without paying any wages, fee's and also want to include a mandatory purchase price that is lower than his 'Value'.. So yes, In my eyes something is definitely broken. In real life you would at least be able to reach some conclusion as to whether or not you pay a fee or a bonus for avoiding relegation etc. Just as Juventus wouldn't be lowballing an offer for a star player of a team it would at least be a reasonable one.

Don't know how but it works again! Despite doing exactly what I did the last time which was close down FM and steam. Delete old skin. Then extracted skin again from the same download I had when you updated it. Today it actually works. No more weird home screen Loving the skin! A little unsure on the team talk page, but I'll get used to it. Thanks again mate.

Thanks for replying. Still no change. Thanks for trying though. Will stick to what I've been doing which is reverting to main skin after each session. Then loading into the skin from there.

The one thing I find irritating with this M.E is the defending. Especially from free kicks and corners. The amount of head tennis I see happening is bonkers. You'd think that players of any level would be able to consistently head the ball out of the area. But nope, I see them head it forwards a metre or 2 for an opposing player to do exactly the same, Rinse and repeat a couple of times before either the opposition score or a defender finally puts his boot through it and kicks it into touch. I get that not every header clears the area, after all a badly timed jump could cause that to happen on occasion. But not every single set piece. Other than that I am having fun, my side is playing some fabulous football just wish these slapstick comedy moments would stop then it would be 100% more enjoyable.

Quansah should be in the 140- 170 range personally speaking. What I've seen of him, The reports from his time last season at Bristol rovers he has matured into one heck of a player. Quick, Imposing and calm on the ball. For me, He's ahead of Gomez in the fight for CB position IRL. In game I'd have him out on loan for a year for the experience, as long as he gets played that is.

@budwaiser4 Love this skin, Used your FM23 version. However there seems to be an issue on the main screen once it loads.. Resolution is 3840 x 2160 This wasn't an issue on FM23 and haven't changed any settings since then. Is this easily fixable?

As Ridiculous as it may seem. SI never put out a change log for the full release. It's not a cover up. They know there are issues. They will look to rectify those issues at the earliest chance they can. In the meantime, Either play or Don't play. Entirely your decision.

DM up to MC as BWM sup and Segundo Volante to MEZ sup and the SS turned into AP attack. Some of the attacking play is amazing to watch. Only thing I'm finding is that some games it's extremely sterile as in first half goes by without as much as even a shot taken, or barely 1 or 2.. But that's not just this tactic, had it with several. Which is why over the course of a 2 season test I must have used about 12 different tactics

Loving the look on this. Set up is how I've been playing anyway. So using that as a base and added your instructions onto it. I also kept one or two of my own. Especially for both CM being told to tackle harder. And kept tackle harder and mark tighter on the RB position. Will see how this goes.

I have explored this route a couple of times with my current club. I signed a centre mid during January that wasn't able to gain a work permit so granted him an ESC place - Played him in as many matches as I possibly could (I'm sure it still fell below the requirement of something like 75% of matches played) however he could still have an ESC place the following season, but I lost one ESC contract (Went from 4 to 3). However when it came to applying for a new work permit after the 2nd allocation of his ESC contract he was then given a full work permit despite not having gained any international appearances. Still don't fully understand how it all works. But happy to play around with it and take advantage of being able to sign players that would normally have been rejected.

Nanasi had a £1.7m release clause. Everton were sniffing around and for that price even if I didn't want/Need him I wasn't about to allow them to get him. Easily walk into lower to mid table prem team. Sanz is a former Barca yth prospect. Highly versatile and available for around £5.5m. For that kind of outlay he's a great addition to most teams.

I also found Duarte by accident. I'd signed the young lad Franco Gonzalez who wanted me to sign someone to help him settle (Part of the terms to get him to sign) and went trawling Uruguay hoping for a bargain, Duarte will be that guy. £2.4m upfront. Instantly jumped to £33-37m value.. Now that's what I love to see. His versatility will come in handy over the course of my first season in the premier league.

Le Havre should/could be a good save. They had an excellent youth academy back in the day. Also bringing Paris FC up from where they are to challenge, Dethrone and overtake PSG as the biggest Parisian football team. Now that is some challenge!!

Simply the best! They only get the hairdryer treatment when it's important matches or when they don't turn up at all. Luckily for majority of last season I had them all on my side! Just a couple of incidences where I felt they needed to get their backsides kicked!
