  1. Thanks for that, I've got the issue open with developers so I'll hopefully be able to provide an update shortly.
  2. Thanks Pasonen. I've logged the issue with the relevant team, they seemed to be able to pinpoint your issue rather quickly so hopefully you aren't waiting too long for a fix. I'll update you when I know more.
  3. Thanks for that, could I also get you to upload a save to the \Cloud like Pasonen has, please? Sorry, should've asked initially. https://oc.sigames.com/owncloud/index.php/s/Kzvhd0MdU3v4Nv4
  4. Really sorry this is happening again kandersson. We don't have a potential time frame on any definite fix as it may take a hotfix on the driver rather than one for the game. I assume the previous suggestions to fix the issue didn't work, no?
  5. Could you post your system file, please? The zooming function will be dependent on the resolution/screen size.
  6. Did this only start happening after updating to 20.3, yes? Can you verify the integrity of the files, please?
  7. I'll reply on your other post as it may be a different issue.
  8. I have replied on your other post, I'll close this one off.
  9. This isn't something I normally deal with myself, but after speaking with a colleague I don't believe your issue is a bug. "That is intentional, on a static screen their is no advantage to maintaining a high frame rate. If you move the cursor and it requires any animations the frame rate will increase" If I've misunderstood your issue I apologise, ill double check it again, but as far as I've been made aware, there isn't a 'bug' here.
  10. I'm really sorry but I can't access it if it's not on the cloud. Are you able to prevent it refreshing? Perhaps trying it on a different browser?
