Hi Kyle. I have added the file to the SI cloud it is named Stefan Schramm - Spain If you check the under 21 and under 20 it says tactics cant be changed as run by Rui Faria also I am not able to get Dirk Mack give team talks even though he is my U21 Manager. another thing is that not able to remove the u21 team or the u19 team i have checked the responsibilities and they seem to be correct hope you are able to help Stefan Schramm

The problem I am having is with international assistant managers . I have gone to various international teams and the problem occurs each time. I enjoy having full control over all teams so senior, under 21, under 20 and under 19. However I appoint an assistant manager for my senior team and after he has arrived I am unable to change any tactics for lower teams as it says its being done by my assistant manager It also will not allow me to have an under 21 assistant manager do team talks either. Please help Stefan
