  1. They've left too many broken mechanics in. Double DMs on support, focus out wide, low crosses and things get very easy.
  2. Same for me. We've banned low crosses and focus out wide and it's nerfing most of the OP systems and making for a fun network game.
  3. At the end of our second season it's 2 promotions in a row for Salford and Stockport; Wrexham and posssibly Forest Green look like they're heading up from league 2 as well!
  4. This doesn't answer the question about secondary coaches for a category.
  5. Let's be honest, this FM is characterised by 3 things: - double DMs on a support role. - pressing high - goals from central players (ST and AMC). Other approaches are possible, but these 3 things are objectively stronger than their alternatives in FM24. By playing a 4-3-3 (always my preferred system) rather than a 4231, you're playing directly against the meta. You won't be able to: - get enough extra goals from the inside forwards to justify not using an AMC. (They're simply not coded to cut in diagonally enough without the ball, and won't latch on to many diagonal through balls in behind); - get as much from the 433 as a high pressing system compared to the 4231; - and finally you'll forgo the double DMs on support duty which dominate in FM24. Overall you're choosing to run against the wind by trying it. It's possible to succeed with it but ultimately you're fighting against what works well in this.
  6. It's not easy. The Inside Forwards don't make runs in behind enough (regadless of the striker role used) so it's tough to get enough goals from them.
  7. Stockport (Raiden) & Wrexham (Koby) look odds on for promotion with Salford & Wigan in the playoff spots.
  8. There's clearly not going to be a ME update of any kind. The things you've mentioned are bad, but they aren't immersion / game-breaking issues.
  9. Match Engine reports and "bug" reports are different things IMO. They'd be very interested in "my game crashes on this date" or "my youth team are only using 11 players" or "man city signed x for 50m, didn't play him, then signed an upgrade a year later". On match engine development, I made detailed posts in November that still haven't been acknowledged so... I'd say there's nothing allocated to reading that kind of stuff at the moment.
  10. With January fast approaching Salford and Stockport are hunting back-to-back promotions whilst Wrexham & Wigan are looking the goods to get out of league 2.
  11. Formations like this should automatically lose if the game is a football simulation.
  12. Near post corners are OP. Also, question: I'm well under the wage budget and have spent zero on transfers but still appear to be bankrupting the club I'm at. Is this normal?
