Why do you need a new GK? Isn't Ali still only about 30-31? Surely he has at least 4 more seasons at the top. Kelleher should be a more than reliable backup. Giving you time to find, train and promote a newgen

I think it's Burton Albion - League one that has world class training facilities already. Or the likes of Sunderland, Stoke, Forest, Sheff Utd all decent sized club languishing in Championship Other than those, Majority of the lower division teams aren't really primed for long term success. Charlton Athletic have been my go to team the past few editions. From League 1 to the championship and back again they went. Former premier league and makes for an interesting challenge as they aren't where they used to be financially, stadium wise either.

Absolutely loving the results.. All your work, I only rejigged the midfield. Works a dream though. Charlton cantered to L1 title with no squad changes, Cardiff won Championship with only 1 draw and 3 defeats Whilst cup games I lost one on pens and in the quarter final of FA Cup I was literally playing square pegs in round holes due to Injuries right across defence. Still a good achievement though.

@knap Whichever test you wish buddy. My Cardiff team that walked the championship was majority Under 120 CA. Had 2 players that were 130ish I think. Majority of the under 120CA players were youth U18

Have modified a tactic of yours @knap I wasn't having much luck with the original to start with so just adapted the Midfield slightly. Quite surprisingly it seems to have helped a lot. Not sure If it was just luck or not.. Care to run a test of it? ME22.4KashmirKnapSP433_TOTK.fmf

No.. Which Is what I'm not quite getting. It's a little frustrating, even if things are going well. I bought a striker to score goals. Something he isn't quite doing right now.

Currently using another version of this : Me22.4HGFKnap41131NMUP101CC I was having issues in the Championship conceding too much possession in the middle of pitch and at times the DM seemed like a lost sheep (Admittedly Vaulks isn't great but at that level he is sufficient enough) so pushed the DM up to CM (Au). Helped me gain possession. Scored goals for Fun. However despite It also working in the Premier league P18 W11 D7 and 51 goals scored only 14 conceded I am having issues with the AF not scoring. 14 games only 4 goals (Sesko) He seems to keep dropping deep into midfield quite a lot from what I can see. Rather than being closer to goal where I want him as the amount of chances being created is insane (Don't even ask about hitting the woodwork I have hit the woodwork soooooo many times) Any advice mate..

Would it be possible to implement in some way that coaches/ass man can use the training schedules that we make or import into the game. Much like when you create/load a tactic the U23's/U18's use that tactic. It would be a nice feature that your Ass.Man "learns" your schedules and can then implement them for your team/s. Much like in real life the ass.man would know what their respective managers training methods are and would implement them for their respective clubs. Obviously the longer they stay with you at a club the better their knowledge of your training.
