Do you still have the croatian leagues enabled? I think if you disable them (at least until you climb up the leagues), this may stop the croatian teams from poaching your players as much - otherwise it may even be a bit over the top, since you have just the german and croatian leagues enabled, you get the poaching from both sets of teams... And in terms of tactics, I've found that changing the mentality to cautious and dropping the defensive line if you have slow defense can help stabilise things a lot; might be worth a go (also, this seems to work very well with knap's ready-made tactics) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
