HNK Grude is a Croatian football club from Grude , Bosnia and Herzegovina . Currently competing in the Second League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina - South . Until 1999 , the club was named after HNK Bekija.

In 1959 , the Football Club of Bekija was founded in Grude, at the initiative of the members of the Youth Sports Association Becky - a club that provided Croatian football coach Zdravko Jurcic Miša, coaches and coaches of Krunoslava Jurcic , Goran Marić , Vladimir Ćutuka and many others. The first president was Drago Herenda, Vice President Jozo Zorić Ikentić, Treasurer Viktor Pešorda, and Secretary of the club was Dominik Andrijanić, who besides being a technical director and a coach. Begins of Beek were also assisted by Stjepan Mikulić, Vladimir Ćorluka, Srećko Vlasic, Rafael Jurcic (Krunin's father), Dragoljub Boskovic, Mile Perić, Stojan Lukenda and many others. At the beginning, the playground was at Arson's care, and later in Soviet. The first game played was against Mladost (now NK Široki Brijeg ), in 1959 .

After 40 years, after public debate and voting in the hotel "Grude" in the fall of 1999, Bekija has changed so far and gets its new name: Croatian Football Club (HNK) Grude, and starts to achieve better results. Then, prof. Marin Ćorluka took over the training position and Grude entered the First League of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and won the first title of the 2000/01 championship. years. Thereafter a competition took place in the Prime Minister's League in BiH , where they played only one year. They then leave the first and even the second league in the 2008/09 season.

HNK Grude plays today in the Second Federation League .

@Pompeyboyz It might be 7 :)

@Makoto Nakamura If your succesful clubs and nations can mantain their higher level after you leave, then becoming world champions with Spain, or winning the Champions League and World Club Cup with Zenit would be a very big and hard task to accomplish with so many more strong teams and nations to play against.

The general quality of clubs and leagues are a lot higher than at the start of the save, Celtic have won the Europa League recently and Georgian side Saburtalo have also been in a Europa League Final! Austrian sides are doing well in the Champions League also.

Damn it! I wanted to know more about Cargill Salt factory, or whatever the only other landmark was on the Bonaire map, but you didn't stay long enough to find out!!

114 teams in 1 league would be awesome, even more awesome if you played them 4 times like in Scotland, fixture congestion? what's that!

Anyone else slightly disappointed that all 114 clubs aren't in the same league ?! :lol:

I don't think 113 matches would fit in the year. :lol:
