SnakeXe's Messina - Season 6 - 2016/17

Story of the Season:

Serie B - 2nd, Promoted

Last season we'd established ourselves in the division, and this season I expected a slight improvement, perhaps troubling the playoffs. We started out well, picking up points and wins consistently well. By the winter break we'd forced our way into 2nd place in the table - an automatic promotion spot! I was still keeping an eye further down the table, though, and we'd opened up a nice gap between ourselves and the sides outside the playoffs.

I thought we needed more firepower in January, so I brought in young Argentine Abel Petrillo from Racing Club on loan. When we struggled for goals and points for a few games, I decided to revert from the 4-5-1 that had served us well in the opening half of the season to our traditional 4-4-2. Petrillo was given his chance, and my didn't he take it! 11 goals from 11 starts and 1 substitute appearance fired us to promotion with 2 games to spare, including a hattrick in the game that secured the achievement - I had to sign him up. £650k and 45% of profit from next sale is a steep price, but it looks like he's worth it. Take a look at the goal that took us up

- nothing special, a poacher's finish, but it means the world to the club!

We still had a shot at the title with those 2 games left, but we blew it away to Chievo whilst Sassuolo won to take it. They did deserve it, so I'm not too upset. A 1-0 win over huge rivals Reggina put the seal on an unbelievable season  a look at the rankings graph showed we proved our worth over the full season.

Coppa Italia - 4th Qualifying Round

A slightly better cup run this year, winning twice before being knocked out by Serie A side Siena. Like when we came into Serie B, we'll start life in Serie A having never won a competitive game against a side in the division under my management.

Results 1 - Results 2 - Results 3 - Squad

Transfers - £72k Loss

Plenty of no-hoper youth teamers out, some great quality in though. Fausto Rossi was magnificent on the left wing, Stefano Avogadri, my record signing, was a bargain at £80k, and Francesco Magnanelli was class personified in the middle. Great business this year.

5 Most Important Players:

5. Stefano Avogadri - D/WBR - My record signing, so he had to be good or I'd end up with egg on my face. He didn't let me down!

4. Abel Petrillo - ST - 11 goals in 11 starts is phenomenal, he'd likely be number 1 in this list if he'd been with us all season. Amazing prospect, and will take over from Avogadri as record signing. Not for long though, perhaps!

3. Diego Fabbrini - AMRLC/ST - Big ego, backed it up with performances every so often. Wants far too much money compared to his actual talent to stick around next year.

2. Kiko - DC - Key part of the spine of our team, gutted he refused to even negotiate a new contract and is off back to Spain. That's 2 of our best 5 players we're heading to Serie A without, yay!

1. Francesco Magnanelli - DM/MC - Fantastic signing, real class in the middle of the pitch is a valuable commodity in the lower leagues, and providing his legs hold up he'll be anchoring the effort to stay up next season too.

Messina 100 Club:

A list of those Messina players who make 100 or more appearances for the club under my management.

Davide Testa AM/ST 2011-2015 121 40 7.04

Next Season:

Staying up would be an achievement. We're so far behind Serie A teams in terms of quality it's unreal. It doesn't make it any easier that a key member of the spine of my team, Kiko, is off for no money. Signings are essential, but too many and we'll lose the essence of the squad. Our survival will likely be determined this summer, rather than over the course of the season.

Forza Messina!

Just been offered the Girona job. I'm back in Spain - they offered me a transfer budget of £1.5M, and a £53,000 p/w wage budget. How are they 7 place below be with an extra £44,500 a week to spend on wages!

Needless to say I rejected it.

OK THE STORY BEGINS...

Sport Benfica e Castelo Branco board have announced the appointment of Ryan Wright as the clubs new manager.

Wright whos grandfather was born in portugal is said to be relishing the opportunity to develop his football management skills at Estádio Municipal Vale do Romeiro and the Benfica C. Branco supporters are sure to be hoping he can make a difference to their team.

Founded in 1924,Sport Benfica e Castelo Branco are a semi-professional Portuguese club currently playing in the Portuguese Second Division - Central. The club play their home games at Estádio Municipal Vale do Romeiro and possess good training facilities and a basic youth setup. The club also have a basic youth recruitment network. Although they have never won a competition, the club enjoyed probably their best spell of success during the 2000s.

Fro his first season in charge the manager has no transfer budget and a whopping wage budget of £2,500 per week and avioding relegation will be considered a massive sucsess.:thup::thup:

Best of luck Global1, Portugal is a great place to manage, and definitely just target avoiding of relegation. I would suggest building a good backline and then moving forward from there, maybe a major sized striker..(Read Fat and tall) who can bang them in while not running around too much.

I was going to try and complete this challenge in France. I downloaded the saved game provided in the first post but for some reason when I create a manager the Sunday League Footballer option is greyed and I cannot select it. Do I use automatic instead..

Also, do I select one of the teams promoted to the National league cause the CFA option is unavailable...

Hello everyone! I've read through this entire thread, and I've been inspired to give this a try. This is my first foray into FM since 07 (except for a two week burl at 10), but I'm hopeful :)

As soon as I read the instructions on how to post screenies, I will.

But for now, I am the new Manager of newly promoted US Senart-Moissy.

US Senart-Moissy are based in Moissy-Cramayel, in the Paris Metroplitan Area, about 30km from the city centre.

Founded in 1932, their home ground is Stade Andre Tremet, with a 2500 capacity (2200 seated).

The trophy cabinet is quite bare, containing only two trophies : 2002 CFA2 Groupe B Champions, and 1996 DH Paris Champions (whatever that is!)

Bring it on! Screenies to come soon.

Pajara Playas are dropping, if not like a stone, then at least like a fairly heavy object. Fortunately I had a decent start because I've now not won in six games leaving me two place and five points above the drop zone. We need to rally and stay in this division. I can't face the Second Division again!

Yes, use Automatic as your starting rep and you do take charge of one of the teams promoted from the CFA to the National....

Keef - welcome back to FM!! you've definately chosen the best chalenge to get involed in !! :D

Right. Finally. A game against a team below me in the table. This is rapidly becoming a must win game. I'm sorry Murcia, but I really hop I beat you in this game and you don't win again all season - it's nothing personal.

[edit1] - YEESSS! Kike Lorenzo, which sounds to me like the name of a porn start, latches onto a cross from Ruben 'the Rocket' [b}Rosquete[/b] (I'll introduce him at the end of the season) and smashes it high into the net to put Pajara Playas in the lead. C'MON!

[edit2] - I believe the words I'm looking for rhyme with duck, hit, trap, rugger, hunt and wollocks. Xabier Alonso gets his second yellow card and is going to have to watch the rest of the match from the dugout sitting next to a livid manager, me. 12 minutes to go.

[edit3] - Phew! Clung on for a vital victory and 3 points and though I'm still in 17th I'm now 8 points above Murcia in the table (they are in the final relegation spot).

[edit4] - And now a second huge match in the course of a few days. Time to play the team in 22nd. Another must win. Hopefully the team have gathered some momentum.

[edit5] - I'm behing. Just after half time. I foolishly listened to my assistant's advice. C'mon boys, you can get back in this one. And now I'm two behind. Damn! Really needed to win this one.

Just survived to pick up a priceless 1-0 away win at the 19th place team, to move 10 points clear of relegation. Still a long way to go. Would like a bigger margin. Got Zaragoza next, a team sitting in 22nd despite the fact that their two highest paid players would, on their own, account for 125% of my entire wage budget!

How many games you got left? 10 points sounds like plenty of breathing room.

EDIT: With 5 games to go 11 points garentees me the First Division Title, and 8 will give us promotion ... I'm feeling that it's ok to feel extremely confident now!!!

12 games to go. Still plenty of time for people to catch me, and I've got a lot of the tough games still to go. Including the visit of Fernando Llorente and Athletic Bilbao.

The biggest issue is my budgets. There are some decent looking youngsters around who would be interested in joining me for fairly small wage packets (in the sort of £525pw bracket) but I can only offer around £200 so they won't come. I wish there was an option to tempt them with the sun, sea and sand of Fuerteventura, but I suppose that's part of the attractiveness rating.

Over my wage budget for the first time ever :(

Forgot about new contracts for the old players still there. Mon some cup wins!

Won my first SPL game 2-1. Brouwer

Oh and currently borrowing a 4000 capacity stadium whilst Gayfield Park gets up to 9146 :)

Sellouts galore then!

Blimey, so much is going on it's hard to keep up, but good luck dami, global1 and keef!

Well done SnakeX on promotion.

Brettney and PRDH: good luck on respective promotion / relegation challenges!

Meanwhile I've just completed my 2016/17 in Ligue 1. A fairly successful season, will put up report when I get a sec...

League Cup Semi Final so far. Got Dundee Utd. However Celtic got Division 2 side Brechin! Not fair!

Doing pretty well so far. 7th after 10 games. Only embarrased once and that was away to Rangers. 5-0 :( ****ing Lafferty scored too.

Ah well. Bounced back well to smash Motherwell 3-0 in the cup away as well. Not too bad as I beat Dundee Utd 3-2 away and have just beaten Motherwell away in the league 3-0 again! So 3 out of 4 away games is pretty good!

Thanks Lenny, without wishing to invoke the forum jinx, I've hit a decent patch of form and have managed to pull out a couple of decent results with six games remaining.

[edit] - I deserved that! I've just gone 1-0 down in a game I really should be winning!

Woohoo! And it's confirmed. 4 games to go and I'm safe. In the end it was fairly comfortable, though it didn't feel like it! Just got the final few games to knock off and then I'll get on with the matter of the update.

Eintracht Bamberg - German Third Division - 2011/2012

Profile

Facilities - We play at the whopping big Volksparkstadion - which is all terraced and has resulted in a financial headache for my board.

Prediction: 20th

Final Position: 9th

League Position

Story of the season:

Graph

Overall pretty satisfied debut season in Germany. I pretty much exceeded most expectation by finishing comfortably in mid-table. We actually ended the Christmas period in 3rd place but after coming back from our little break a disaster run of form culminating in 4 wins out of 14 meant we slipped down into the depths of mid table and any hope of a promotion challenge had evaporated. Despite that we ended the season on a small high winning our last three matches to restore some moral to the ailing side. A good season all around.

Next season is gonna be equally as tough - and I can only hope the rest of the sides around me are also struggling to keep their finances under control. Hansa Rostock are back in the Third Division and are in all sorts of financial pickles.

Finances:

Dreadful. Way over my wage budget by about 3 grand and then the board having to pay 1m in order to renovate our stadium to comply with German Third Division regulations. This has been slightly offset by the prize money and TV money for the season (around 1m overall) but still means I'm way in the red. :(

Formation:

I dabbled around by mainly settled on a 4-4-2 diamond and flat 4-4-2 over the course of the season. I might play slightly more fluid next season.

Key players:

GK - Jurgen Rittenauer - This guy was a class act all season. Steady goalie.

DR - Kai Bastian Evers - Top drawer player and one of our high earners, has the knack of getting booked and sulking a lot. Will start next season as the club's first choice.

DC - Mats Wejsfelt - The club captain and stalwart of the side.

DC - Sven Thiessen - A lot weaker but does a job pretty well. Due to crap finances, he will be first choice again next season it seems.

DL - Heiko Felsheim - Weakest element of my defense so far. Won't be here next season.

MR - Alexander Deptalla - I thought he had a good season playing out of position on the right but is 28 and is slowly getting a worse rating from my assman. Will be moved on next season unfortunately.

ML - Florian Pickel - The higest earner in the squad. Will probably last one more season to be shipped out off the wage bill. Similar to Deptalla, played out of position but was pretty consistent on the left all season.

DMC - Rene Gewelke - Anchorman in midfield. Solid.

AMC: Rene Eckardt - Got injured towards the end of the season. Will probably be rotated much more next season as I've signed two new central midfielders for competition.

FC - Demba Toure - Effectively a right winger he scored 19 goals last season which was the highest out of anyone in the league. His goals were crucial for me last season. Will need to repeat the feat again.

FC - Michael Eckert - Initially scored once in 20 odd games but once he found his scoring knack starting to get some crucial goals. Still think he's under performing so will be rotated more next season.

MR/ML - Kim Jeffery Kurnianwan - The German-Indonesian supremo. Was mainly a super sub /backup for the majority of the season but is credited with scoring the first ever goal for Bamberg under my leadership.

MC - Danijel Milovanovic - Struggled as he had to come to grips with the German language. Once he did, and settled into the side he was a pretty capable replacement for the injured Eckardt.

Any other news?

Arsene Wenger chosen as the new Bayern coach (LOL) and Leverkusen win the Bundesliga by a point. Offered a new contract. Accepted a one year extension and more money to buy Bratwurst and beer. Turned down the Wuppertal job as well.

Next season:

  • Better 9th place. Or at best don't get relegated
  • Get rid of dead wood
  • Somehow sort the finances out
  • Scout and find some young guns to replace the inevitable loss of my players.

Thanks brett, Ohanzee, ToMexico and Lenny :)

What is the current reputation of Serie A? On my save its just gone top of the rankings over taking Premiership and La Liga.

Serie A is rated at 4 stars, still behind the Primera Liga and Premier League, but ahead of the Bundesliga. Hopefully when Messina start tearing it up we'll rise to the top

Solid season there, kabajingai, good luck with the next season!

Well done staying up PRDH! Promotion next year? :)

Good season kabajingai. That bank balance does look a bit scary, but I'm sure you'll be fine. Most likely it'll be restructured into a loan at some point. Good luck in the promotion hunt next season.

DAMN GAME STALLED AND HADNT SAVED FOR HOURS:mad::mad::mad:

not going back to portugal again will try turkey:thup:

MKE Kirikkalespor have unveiled Ryan Wright as their new manager. Wrightis said to be delighted at the chance to be involved in day-to-day management at Fikret Karabudak and the Kirmizi Simsekler supporters will no doubt be hoping their new manager can bring fresh momentum to their team.

Founded in 1967,MKE Kirikkalespor are a professional Turkish club currently playing in the Turkish Second Division. The club play their home games at Fikret Karabudak and possess adequate training facilities and a basic youth setup. The club also have a basic youth recruitment network. The club is affectionately known as Kirmizi Simsekler.

The club enjoyed probably their best spell of success during the 1980s. Although now enduring a twelve year barren spell, having not won a competition since 1999,Kirmizi Simsekler still have a history of which they can be justly proud.Kirikkalespor won the Turkish2nd tier for the only time in 1978, and won the Turkish 3rd tier in 1974 and 1999 and finished runners-up three times.

Prodivint the new manager with with a wage budget off 15.5k per week and a modest 18k tranfer budget the clubs chairman belives a midtable finish to be within reach.

A.C. Voghera 2011/2012

1st in Italian Serie C1/A (pred: 17th) | Transfers 1, 2 | Finances | Graph | Player Stats 1, 2

The League

Despite getting off to a good start, we spent the vast majority of the season trailing Cremonese either by a few points or on goal difference. It was very much a neck and neck race, and when they tripped up to hand us the lead near the end fo the season, I thought we had a very good chance of clinching the title. However, we slipped up and handed the initiative back to Cremonese, meaning we entered the final three games of the season 2 points behind them, and losing all the tie breakers after losing to them earlier in the season. The key game, then, was Voghera v. Cremonese at Comunale "Giovanni Parisi" - and what a game it was. We took the lead on 8 minutes. They equalised on 16 and after a a competitive game, on 81 minutes player-coach Ondrej Herzan scored an absolute screamer from 30 yards out to secure victory and hand the advantage to us. It wasn't over though. Poo form meant we took just one point from our final two games - but fortunately, Cremonese matched our results and we were crowned champions of Serie C1/A by two points.

The Cups (Italian Cup | Italian Serie C Cup | Italian Serie C1 Super Cup)

Our Italian Cup run was fabulous, netting money and prestige for my team, and like the Serie C Cup last season, really provided a strong start for my team. The highlight was the win over Frosinone, who survived in Serie A by virtue of a a 3-2 aggregate victory over Bologna over their league meetings. Hopefully, this is a good sign for next season. Even though we lost, we also put in a good, battling performance against Juventus, and in the process earned a good chunk of money for the team.

Retaining the Serie C Up was a bit more challenging than the previous season. Last season we didn't lose a match in the competition. This time, we had to overcome defeats in the opening leg of both the semis and the final. Ultimately, though, we managed to come back in the second leg of both ties to win the trophy again.

The Serie C1 Super Cup was disappointing. We made a stirring comeback in the first leg to only trail by 1 after going 3-0 down, but we couldnt quite pull it off at hom, drawing the leg 1-1 and ultimately losing 4-3 on aggregate. Maybe the second leg would have gone differently if I hadn't decided to give my reserve 'keeper his one game for the club since I agreed to sell him in the summer because he wanted first team football, but I still feel we could have won the game. Maybe the boys were just tired after a tough run -in in the league.

The Players

By far and away my best player, and best signing, was Cristian Tiboni. Signed on a free transfer from Deportivo Atalanta in Panama, Tiboni's 34 goals were invaluable, as nobody else in the squad managed to reach double figures. He scored the highest average rating (7.35) and had the most man of the match awards (8). His 5 assists were the sixth most in the squad, and considering he was on the end of such a high percentage of our goals, they were pretty useful. The rest of the squad isn't wonderful, but hopefully I'll be able to upgrade for next season. I might have to do some ruthless business in the off-season again, and hopefully, some of the younger players I signed will be able to develop into useful players.

The Finances

The finances are concerning. The club can't afford necessary developments, and I worry that without the infusion of cash from profitable away days like the Juventus game in last season's Italian Cup, the situation will get even worse. It's quite worrying.

The Future

The future isn't entirely certain at Voghera. The chairman is looking to sell up, and a takeover failed during the end of last season. My main concern is what'll happen when the takeover happens. Hopefully, my achievements over the last two seasons will help secure my job, but if it's an ill-timed takeover, I may struggle to put together a squad capable of being competitive. In addition, the clubs finances really need support - despite having a high attendence rate, averaging over 90% capacity this season, we've been kept afloat by director investment and cup income, which can't be relied upon. We need a new, bigger stadium to stabilise our finances. We also need to invest in the squad and the facilities, as our youth and training facilities are very poor for the level we're at. Ultimately, I think I'll be lucky to survive next season, and it might ultimately end up that this promotion has screwed up my prospects for the challenge.

But who knows? We could be taken over by some kind of sugar daddy who'll plow millions into a new stadium, new facilities and new players and it'll be a cakewalk...

UD_P%C3%A1jara_Playas_de_Jand%C3%ADa_escudo.png

End of Season Update - U.D. Pajara Playas de Jandia - 2013/14

Transfer Budget: £0

Wage Budget: £8,337p/w

Finances: -£1,887,052

In fairness to the board, I complain about the small budgets, but, it's a well run club. Last season we made a profit of £1,621,530.

Transfers - 13 IN (£0) 35 OUT (£14,000)

Yet another big turn around of players, not helped by the fact by wage budget basically stayed the same. I accidentally got an extra non-EU player, who then joined an Argentinean team on loan for the £14K above, they can sign him for £475K if they want to.

League - 17th l Graph

Survival was all I cared about this season and I thought it looked comfortable a third of the way through the season when we'd had a good start and were in midtable obscurity. However a horrible run saw us drop down the table. We rallied and secured our place in the league for next season with four games to spare. In the end it was fairly comfortable. We were never actually in the relegation places. If my budgets aren't expanded then next season will also be a struggle.

Squad

The squad had some strong points and some weak points. Our main issue was that we didn't score enough goals. That's got to be the main focus of my transfer market endeavour.

(For those unfamiliar with my system first teamers will be in bold and in the future exciting young players will be in italics (I don't have any yet))

Goalkeepers

Oscar Fornes - New keeper brought in during an injury crisis. Did a decent job.

Samir Kouakbi - Another decent season for the first-choice keeper. He is, I think, good enough for this division at the moment.

Defenders

Mario - In theory first choice but fell out of the squad towards the end of the season because of an injury.

Alberto Campillo - A decent right back, if a better one came up I'd swoop but I think he can do a job for now.

Ivan Mrsic - He's a fairly good left back, I'll stick by him for a bit despite his slightly dodgy season.

Rodrigo Sanchez Cano - He comes into the side, he does a pretty decent job, he's very handy to have around.

Jakub Sokolik - Maybe 'defensive rock' is pushing it, but he was pretty solid in the heart of defence and made the most appearances of everyone.

Moises Garcia - Back-up player who is now leaving. He played decently when needed.

Alejandro - Definite back-up, also off now.

Midfielders

Raoul Loe - Missed a fair few games through injury, but is still our best defensive midfielder.

Xabier Alonso - Played during Loe's injury.

Fanuel - Strong midfielder, rotated with Edu Garcia (probably just edged the first team berth though).

Rinaldo - Technically our best player, he missed a lot of penalties. It seems to be an issue for me.

Marvin Maietti - Came in during January, looks like he could be a good player.

Leandro Pimenta - As above.

Edu Garcia - if only he was a bit quicker and could dribble he'd be a quality player.

Sergio Marcos - barely played and is off.

David Pino - Looks as though he can cut it at this level, just.

Krisztian Adorjan - Looks like he could be semi-decent.

Strikers

Javier Adan - Pushed out of the first team.

Benik Afobe - I brought him in after Rosquete's injury, and I'll be keeping him around.

Kike Lorenzo - Just about got on the scoresheet enough to keep us up, I think I need to replace him.

Ruben Rosquete - Brought in for his pace and early in the season he looked good, he then got injured.

The League

We've won it!! Lets take a minute to celebrate... Ok that's that done. Lets look at the numbers. We scored less, but conceded less as well. Better goal difference. That's nice, but we actually got less points this year compared to last year. The only reason we're champions is that Celtic had a crap season by their standards. So, if we're going to retain the title next year, I'm pretty sure we'll have to work our socks off.

Anyways. Champiooooons!!!

The Scottish Cup (fixtures) - Winner! Without playing against any of the big boys.

The League Cup (fixtures) - Lost in the Semi Final against Hearts after extra time.

I talked about the Champions Cup qualifiers here. As for the EURO Cup, it went a lot better than I had feared. I really didn't think we'd get anything from the Roma games, and to be quite honest we were very lucky in both of those games. I'm also surprised we managed to beat Rubin so easily, I really thought they were better. But I guess things change in 9 seasons. Against Benfica we had Palsson sent off after 36', and our defense simply couldn't handle Augusto Cunha. Frankly I'm impressed we didn't concede 10 against that guy. We managed a very respectable win at home though, and Benfica went on to win the whole tournament.

The Players (Squad Ratings)

My picks of the season:

Javier Mantecon - He's the big star, just as I expected he'd be. He won the Player of the Year award.

Jacopo Galimberti - He was brilliant in defense, and played almost every game.

Denis - He keeps impressing me. Although he doesn't look amazing he always scores goals when given the chance.

Michael Amadio - He started the season amazingly well scoring 9 in 7. Then the opposition managers started highlighting him as the "one to stop" and his morale dropped to Very Low. He still managed to score quite a few, but I just think it could have been 10+ more if that morale "bug" wasn't there.

Massimiliano Niero - His best season of the 4 he's been here so far.

Rodrigo - Good first season considering he didn't speak the language. I hope he can be amazing next season.

Raffaele Di Gennaro - Looks like we've found a decent goalkeeper again.

Tom Huddlestone - He joined in January, and was a vital part of securing the title. Getting old, but he's still quality.

Raffaele Di Gennaro, Jacopo Galimberti, Javier Mantecon and Massimiliano Niero were all picked for the Team of the Year. And I picked up my 4th consecutive Manager of the Year award.

The Finances

So so. I guess the current wage budget is just about right. Ofc getting £5.2M in price money sort of saved us. Average attendance was at 7,421 this season, which is just 200 below capacity. So I guess it's time to go beg for a upgrade. I don't think we can compete in the long run with a 7,625 capacity stadium.

The Scottish Teams in Europe

Celtic reached the ECC group stages, but lost 5 and drew 1 in a group with Man Utd, Fiorentina and Panathinaikos. Rangers lost to NEC in the qualifiers to the EURO Cup. Dundee United was hammered by Ajax in the same qualifiers, 4-0 and 3-0. And Motherwell also lost in the same qualifiers to Mlada Boleslav of the Czech Republic. So, I guess we're the ones defending the honor of Scotland atm. Hopefully our performance and Celtics participance in the group stages of the ECC is enough to move up the rankings a little.

The Future

Keep the current players and keep improving the squad. Although I doubt I can. It seems a lot harder to keep players who's got 1 year left on their contracts now. Most of them refuse to even enter negotiations. I don't like it at all. Last game you could at least offer them some crazy contract and hope it might sway them. Now you can't even begin talks unless they want to.

Good season ToMexico!! Good luck in the Champions Cup! Gotta love that price money in Germany. I'm not sure about your issue with stuff not showing. Looking at the source of this webpage nothing of your post is in the source for me. Which is really weird. Did you maybe forget to close a tag? Maybe PM some of the mods, I'm not sure who exactly is the one for this part of the board though.

Congrats on the promotion DizzyIzzyB13. Really well done. Tiboni definitely looks like a great signing.

Congrats on survival again PRDH. That's the important thing. Going back down to that horrible promotion system in the Second Division would at least have killed my motivation. Only one way now, up up!

My new board isn't showing any ambition, but I didn't dare tell them that. I asked for a upgrade to our stadium, and they said they didn't see the need for it. Really sad, since we're pretty much filling it every game. They did agree to build a youth academy though, so that's nice.

And, going totally off topic here, but I see more of you use PhotoBucket? I just have to say I love their new uploader and album system. It's been so buggy for me, crashing and not getting all images uploaded in one go. But with this new system it was completely flawless. Saves so much time.
