Dinaldo
Alberto Novo Season 5, and an all round improvement from Novo this season. His attacking ability is a lot better, his defence a bit, I think he is near his potential now No coach reports, as I explained last time. This season he was excellent, a great average rating. Playing in CM, he got goals along with assists, and good amount of dribbles per match. Amazingly he still managed to keep up the impressive tackles per game ratio, as well as performing well internationally. His discipline got worse though, he dissapointingly got 2 reds Until next season:thup:

midlothian
Hi guys. Thought I would show this little gem, my first really good youth product in FM10. I have no screenshot of his first day though, it was taken a year after his emergence. Meet Emmanuel Milite. An impressive player, capable of playing in a number of positions. I mainly use him as a right-back. We were in the Serie C1 when he came through - some player for that level!

midlothian
Don't know about the head, I guess it must be something to do with my lousy graphics card. I'm giving him intense physical training to improve his stats there but little improvement so far. Unfortunately, all the coaches reckon he's playing close to his full potential. He's been good so far though, averaging around 7 in the Serie B.

Dinaldo
Alberto Novo Season 7 now, and Alberto is practically as good as he'll get now, I think. Some slight improvments but nothing spectacular. He is an integral part of the Spain team now, an impressive feat for such a young player Match wise, a brilliant season. He scored goals this season, but contributed in mass with assists. A brilliant average rating, but maybe the best thing is he seems to have calmed down, with only a few yellow cards. A great season, although he isn't developing too much stat wise, he is going from strength to strength in performances Until next season:thup:

Dinaldo
Alberto Novo Another season gone, and no improvement. Looking at his stats, if this is his peak, he will probably be one of the crowd, not a particularly special player On the pitch this season, he was once again outstanding. Contributing in mass with assists and getting 11 assists, he was brilliant attackingly. Also, he had at least 2 tackles a game, very impressive. And his discipline seems to be in order now. Dinaldo
Alberto Novo Another season, little different to last season Slightly worse average rating this season, though still outstanding. Dinaldo
Alberto Novo This season he really did decrease a lot. He's no longer Premiership standard and is on the transfer list. Dinaldo
Alberto Novo He moved for free to Werder Bremen. As you'll likely see, Novo is now retiring, and thus this is my last report on him. He wants to be a manager, so is staying in the game which surprised me slightly. Looking at his ability, I think he has chosen to retire at a good time. I will update sporadically on his staff career For someone of his age, a brilliant season. Dinaldo
Alberto Novo So, Novo is retiring in a few days. Time for a career summary He made 581 league appearances, getting 77 goals and 123 assists. Chosen as man of the match 41 times, he was clearly a world beating DM and CM. He notched 106 caps for Spain, scoring 19 times. A Real Madrid legend, and product of their youth academy, he won many competitions. The Club World championship, Euro Cup, Champions cup, Spanish Super cup, Euro Super cup and Liga BBVA, all of these multiple times. In addition, he won an FA cup, The Premiership and a Community Shield. Individually, his outstanding talent was often recognised. On multiple occasions, he won Spanish young player of the year, Spanish player of the year and Spanish league player of the year. In addition, he won the Champions league player of the year, European footballer of the year and World player of the year. Finally, he was shortlisted 4 times for World Footballer of the year and came second as European Midfielder of the year. He played for Real Madrid, Zaragoza, Crystal Palace and Werder Bremen. He was regularly selected for all 4 and £308 million was spent on him overall. Now that his career is over, Novo is left in the lonely world of management. Where will he go? So that is it everyone. Thanks to everyone who followed, it's been great fun, and I might do it again one day. I will keep looking in this thread to see everyone else, as it is an interesting project. Thank you. That's all folks:thup:
