I give no backing unless I get satisfaction. I DEMAND SATISFACTION

It has been proved time and time again.

I wanted to give examples but I couldn't. Maybe it hasn't been proved that many times. :ackter:

Do you think @Rikulec is man enough to accept your most valiant challenge?

'Cus I don't.

Worst case, I'll just run off to my Tomacco farm.

Post a video of yourself eating a picture of Bobby Mankini everyday, until he posts one eating a picture of you.

Can't give anymore rep today, but this was perhaps the most deserving.

If you don't Riku, you can never post again on this forum!

Not with that attitude you don't.

That's the picture, though.  He'll reciprocate.  I guarantee it.

I expect next post to be you eating the picture. Or else...!!!!

I'm afraid I have some bad news to share first...

Much, much better. A perfect month right when we needed it, and we put pressure on Vitesse with just two games to go. One slip up from them and we're good.

Six wins in a row? Not good enough. Vitesse hold their nerve, and we have to battle it out for Europe in the playoff.

And here we go. Our second string's performance away at AZ spoils the picture a bit, but we've entered a mode in which we slaughter anyone who stands in our way. Long it may continue!

Jakub Słota's Management Career - Season Review - 2022/23 - AFC Ajax

Eredivisie

Results (league) (red line marks my arrival) - Results (playoff)

Competition Performance: 4th

22 points from 10 games since I came to the club is a nice result. Would have been even better if we hadn't hit a brief patch of poor form in March. We have all the capability to push for the title next season.

Squad

The squad is old and thin, and I have a load of money in my transfer kitty. Happy times ahead.

Transfers - Finances

I made no business yet - obviously - but I already have three exciting prospects coming in on June 1st. Believe me, it's going to be a great transfer window. The best ever.

Nothing to be concerned about now, but if we want long term stability, we need the Champions League.

Player of the Season

1st - Răzvan Marin - more Romanian greatness after Odobeanu, I like it! Marin is a wonderful central midfielder for the style of play I employed back in Slovakia and am employing now, with one player commissioned to arrive late in the box and wreak havoc in the opposition's defensive ranks. This guy does exactly that, and his attributes are simply beautiful.

2nd - Taiwo Awoniyi - for some reason the previous manager couldn't bring the best out of him. 10 goals in 13 games since my arrival confirm that the Nigerian striker has heaps of potential that simply needed the right system to utilise them. He can be a great player for us in the upcoming campaign.

3rd - Ziya Demir - a wonderful goalkeeper already, and at 20 he's only going to get better and better. I can sense a big money transfer involving this lad here a few years ahead.

Next Season

Win the league, try to get as far as possible in the Europa League. Oh, and rebuild the squad from the ground up - this is what I love the most by far.

Another note - as you might have noticed, the Dutch cup is missing from the season review. This is because of a bug already acknowledged by SI - the competition will sadly not be played during this save.

Quite a bit of money available. Do Ajax usually have as much?

To be honest, I have no idea. They made quite some profit last year in the summer transfer window, which could explain a lot here.

Friendlies

Always nice to beat a club like Milan.

Transfers

Alright, maybe it wasn't that spectacular. Let's have a look though.

Riadh Ben Khalfallah - I love African newgens. A cheap, quality, potentially great centre back.

David Novotny - could be one for the future, but in our current situation he'll have to step right in and do the job from day one.

Iago - another young centre back with heaps of potential. Wonderful.

David Åhman - I'm not really sure what I was thinking. He has pace. He's a good one to have on the bench.

Thibaut Dietrich - a really good right back. Have I overpaid? Possibly, but he had Atletico and Barcelona sniffing around, so I guess I had to step in.

Bozo Peric - a loan purely for increasing our depth.

Good luck next season!

But i personally don't like to spend 15 Million in a full-back which wouldn't win games by himself... but we trust the manager...

Cheers,
Bitner

To be honest, just a couple of days later a similar right back (but younger and potentially better) popped up available for a third of that. But shh. :D
