Ackter
Henrique just got a huge injury He'll be back sometime in December, but that's like 25 games he'll miss now.
Ackter
And he's just taken another huge injury and will be out for the first 4 months of next season as well. I'm going to have to stop him playing for Brazil, he never gets injured for me.
Ackter
First XI: 3,896 Subs: 1,147 Overall: 5,043 The eagle-eyed amongst you will notice Jed Worrall making his way onto the subs bench I've had another high prospect youth come through the club, but as he got injured 7 times in his first half a season, I don't think there's much point in me investing too much time into him... Mitrovic is now on the transfer list, hoping someone will take him off my hands before his contract runs out and he leaves for free.
Ackter
Just had this guy come through my youth: He's going straight into the team to replace Lisdorf.
Ackter
First XI: 4,222 Subs: 1,238 Overall: 5,460 Quite some change this season, with both Jack Hernandez and Per Lisdorf making the move to London to join Arsenal for a combined deal of over £100m Mitrovic has left the club on a free, but at least that's his ridiculous wages off the books. Have bought a young Japanese DC to replace Hernandez, Oates will be replacing Lisdorf, and I've signed another young player from Germany to start playing up front. This next season might be a bit of a struggle due to considerably more inexperience in the team, but screw it.

Lenzar
And for the third year in a row, Dener Henrique has picked up a massive injury while playing for Brazil... JackJCFC
First XI: 2,823 Subs: 1,524 Overall: 4,347 Maxwell the only addition to the squad this time around. This year marks the last year of quite a few of the players in the team. Whitfield is now 32 and will be sold, Coudannes is 28 and will get nowhere near the number required and Barbieri in goal may also be replaced. Over the next few years i Belenk'ov should appear in the left wing back position, signed at 19 he plays pretty much every match there and will do until he's very old. There may also be some new faces in the centre of defense, all of whom are under 20 and have around 100 apps each.
Ackter
First XI: 4,479 Subs: 1,394 Overall: 5,873 Things are going to start slowing down now. Hernandez and Lisdorf left the club last season, Henrique will be featuring less and less as his new-found injury-proneness and the arrival of a young talent through my youth team has seen him drop down my preferred list. On the other hand, WOOT for Jed Worrall finally displacing Mbiwa. I now have four U-18s in my starting line up and another two as subs. Quite a number of my established players are attracting interest this season, but they're all worth so much money I'll be surprised if any real bids come in for them. Ackter
Oh, and as you can see, Dener Henrique didn't even make enough appearances to be considered for Team of the Season, which is why there is no growth in his stats.
Thebaker
First X1: 4,723 apps Subs: 2,118 apps Total: 6,841 apps No huge increases, although Dunne moved to the middle from the left instead of Maguire who dropped out completely and Gault reappeared. Have signed a 17yo central defender this year who is already first choice so i am hoping he can feature in several years time.
JackJCFC
First XI: 3,207 Subs: 1,373 Overall: 4,680 The only new player this year is Belen'kov as predicted last year, he suffered a major injury which kept him out for 4 months this season but at 22 he's managed to recover from it and should be there for at least the next 12 years. I imagine that some of the young CB's i have in my squad will start to break through next season as Royer and Fofana are no longer at the club. Salvio has also left the club this summer for 30 million as he was 30 and obviously no where near to 1000, he's been replaced by an 18 year old called Milano and a 14 year old from Germany. Ackter
First XI: 4,808 Subs: 1,435 Overall: 6,243 Big changes are happening at Newcastle United. Dener Henrique, after another injury-plagued season, is being let go. There's a lot of interest in my older players now so any decent bid will also see them leave the club. My four youth players (which includes Jed Worrall) are settling nicely, developing nicely and starting to perform. My young striker netted 20 times this season, so progress is great for someone who just turned 17. As for the Overal X1, van de Meulenhof is soaring into the lead with his appearances now topping the 700 mark - and all by the age of 28. I'd love to get another 10 seasons out of him, to see where he can get to.
Ackter
First XI: 5,076 Subs: 1,637 Overall: 6,713 Some important additions to this year's. 21 year old Shinsuke Kashiwazaki has made it in and, even better, 18 year old Gentian Shullazi has popped up as well. Also worth noting that Joey ven de Meulenhof has broken Newcastle's record league appearances this season as well, with 450-something or other. toonbalmy87
First XI: 1946 Subs:466 Total:2412 Average age of my squad is 22 so got plenty of years with this squad
Thebaker
First X1: 4892 Subs:2222 Overall: 7114 A few more appearances added, Trainor has replaced crawford and may replace Gallen in the next year in the first X1. Gregg has finally been replaced by Davidson who at 24 has many years ahead but probably not at my club. I also think Smyth may replace Dunne in midfield even though he is a striker as he is accomplished at midfield.
Ackter
First X1: 5,271 Subs: 1,838 Overall: 7,109 Apps are now slowing down as the new breed of Newcastle players make their way into the team. Shullazi and Kashiwazaki are the only two to appear in the Overall X1, though. Hoping that'll change soon. With the exceptions of Meulenhof and Worrall, the rest of the older players were mostly sub appearances.

Ackter
First X1: 5,493 Subs: 2,068 Overall: 7,561 Important additions in Oates and Ozen, both very young, both youth academy graduates. Potential 1,000s: 32 year old van de Meulenhof is less than two seasons away from making his 1,000th appearance. Would take a disaster to stop him now. 27 year old Jed Worral is just over half way there, but only really has about 6 seasons of top quality performances left in him. Gonna be tight. 20 year old Cemil Ozen is a quarter of the way there in 5 seasons. Definite potential here. 23 year old Kashiwazaki realistically has about 12 seasons left in him, but will it be enough to amass another 650 appearances? 20 year old Shullazi is over a quarter of the way there, and he's already over half way to becoming Newcastle's top scorer as well. 21 year old Oates might not have the fitness to make it to the full 1,000, but he should push it close. Thebaker
First X1: 5,060 Subs: 2,361 Overall: 7,421 apps A few more apps, but no change in the personal although Gallen and Trainor have swapped.
Thebaker
First X1: 5,225 Subs: 2,407 Total : 7632 apps No change in personnel although Davidson has left the club so won't adding to his totals

Suggy33
Currently racked up 4204 total apps in my Best XI (2023/24 season), 365 being my most from a single player. Will wait a few more seasons before I get something in, but alot of my mainstays are getting on, so it's gonna be tough to beat you guys.
SWaRFeGa
First X1: 5,468 Subs: 3,128 Total : 8,596 apps Not sure what Luke Steer is doing on the bench! Best player I ever saw (although Butterfield is probably going to take that mantle soon) GK Elliott is almost 38 now but still going strong. Hopefully he can make the 1,000 by the time he retires. Minarin
I'm still playing FM 2012, and working on an old save at the moment. First XI: 1256 apps Subs: 347 apps Total: 1603 apps Moorton's in his last season with the team. Towler left half way through my first season which was annoying. SWaRFeGa
First XI: 5,937 Subs: 3,137 Total: 9,074 GK Elliott almost there now. 39 years old, but talented enough to get a few more cup games under his belt. Looks like a good loyal outfield player will rarely get above 600-650 appearances in. Shame!

GreyedOutMan
Hilarious that the game has chosen Ox at left back and Ramsey at DM! I assure you neither have played that position this year. Still, with a couple of exceptions, I doubt any of these players will be there in 5 years let alone 50! First XI: 385 Subs: 173 Total:
SWaRFeGa
Huzzah! Long-serving goalkeeper Elliott finally racks up his 1,000th appearance in his retirement season. Butterfield about to leave the club also. End of a generation. Time to hang up my FM14 boots. Perhaps... GreyedOutMan
Does anyone actually know what the "score" is above the best eleven? There must be a formula but I have never been able to work it out. At first I thought it was just the total of each players appearances multiplied by their average rating but it's far bigger than that....
GreyedOutMan
A title winning season hasn't changed the side as much as I thought it would but I'm sure a few of the players here will not be around for long in this side. Alexis has left, so has Cazorla, and Bonucci is about to. First XI: 700 Subs: 267 Total:
GreyedOutMan
Disappointing season but a couple of players I expect to get a large number of appearances make their debut in there. First XI: 987 Subs: 405 Total: 1,

GreyedOutMan
Hmmmm...one or two players inducted who left over a year before. That probably means some current players not pulling their weight. But at least two of the current lot have a decent chance of 1,000 appearances and plenty of others will get over 500.
