Harry Kane could well be a -9. Looks like he has some real drive and talent and has been tearing it up for the academy side.

The majority of the 'young' players who have high potential ability are mainly DMC/MC/AMC players, there are very few wingers in that list.

As joe says you can look yourself or, and this may sound hypocritical cos I'm posting in this thread, you can ignore PA's and just scout the guy or if your playing as Barca see what your coaches say. PA is just a number and without the right training, experience and environment no player will get near their PA. Fwiw Pedro is a solid player who will never reach the levels of Messi but offers good squad depth to a top class team. He seems to have his RL knack of scoring important goals.

To be fair it's not that much of a surprise. His development has stunted recently compared to what everyone predicted. It does makes me sad too though...

The PA ranges have NOT changed. It's only the generation of PA values have been switched from an equal distribution to a normal distribution.
