trekman
I think Krzysztof Dowhan is the best. He's currently GK Coach at Legia but will happily accept a job as assistant and he has high stats in all the areas mentioned by the posters above. Stantoner
Marcel Desailly is quality, he's a scout at AC Milan at the start i fink, like having the assistant scout main targets as you get good info on them as well as what the club might ask for in fees and what the player is like
wardog
I try and bring a player through into the assistant manager role, one whos been at the club for years, just ewaiting on Barry Ferguson retireing.
benji!!!!!
I had steve eyre from man city in about 2012, he has 19 for JA & JP, 20 for motivation and 20 for tactical knowledge
Stephanie McMahon's Secret Lover
Depends what you use him for surely? I use him for team talks so motivation is needed and also to scout what the scouts come up with. A final say on purchasing if you will so judging ability and potential. So I only look for these three attributes as nothing else matters.
