mattant250
In the title, I've used the word "friends" for want of a better word. When you leave a club (eg. Lyon), through resignation, and 6 of your staff members leave the club as well, when you join your new club, who have a lower reputation than your previous club (eg. Frankfurt), why do your old "friends" not want to join you there. Surely, lower reputation or not, if your staff members are prepared to resign, then they would be willing to rejoin you at your new club? I'd like to see more personality from staff members in future versions.

rekluse
Thats a good idea, I'd love it if established relationships between an assistant manager and a coach or 2 means when you move clubs they come with you.
gcormack
sounds like a plan, it happens in real life a lot

McBride
this is a good idea. the "favorites" category is a bit narrow and one dimensional.

rinso
yeah i agree with this as well, otherwise its a bit pointless them following you out of the club in the first place really
Shakey
Another i'd like is say you build up a relationship with an opposition manager say for example gareth southgate, if he then gets sacked if you approach him as assistant manager or even scout he should want to come and help. Just short term while he waits for another management job, it happens irl all the time. what does everyone think?
sm1979
Great thread - wanted this to happen for soooo long. @Shakey: Your idea would be good too - like you say, even if it's just short term until another job comes along. Not sure how this could be implemented regarding contracts though.

charlo116
I agree this is a great idea, but then again not all backroom staff should want to move. E.g there should be diverse personalities so that some staff are loyal and will move while others will not.

KurtCobainsBrains
agree. id love to see more AI managers appointing their previous coaches too. i've rarely seen it, if ever, even when their previous assistant/coach leave the club with them
AcidBurn
This is a great idea its been said already but it happens alot IRL so why not on FM.
