PluckaDuck
31-7– 2011 G'day guys, It's ready!!! Welcome to the 2010-11 All-American Managerial Contest. Over the past year, Our nations have been competing for you votes as they press they’re claims to be crowned the 2010/11 All– American Managerial Contest Champions. Once again, We’re in Argentina, where the Copa America has just finished. It has been a brilliant tournament, but in truth, the real reson everyone is here in Argentina, is in anticipation to see how each country has performed in the last year. In no particular order, each nation will reveal to you how they have performed in the last year. First up, Brazil!!! Brazil A very good year from Brazil, they went unbeaten and won the Copa America 1-0 South Korea ----------------Friendly 3-0 Australia ------------------- Friendly 2-2 England---------------------Friendly 2-0 Croatia--------------------- Friendly 3-0 Venezuela-------------------Copa America Group B 2-0 Ecuador --------------------Copa America Group B 1-0 Paraguay--------------------Copa America Group B 2-1 Peru ------------------------Copa America Quarter Final 2-0 Colombia --------------------Copa America Semi Final 2-0 United States ---------------Copa America Final Chile Not the best season from Chile, I think they’ll be disappointed with that effort 2-0 Montserrat-------Friendly 0-4 Mexico-----------Friendly 2-2 Colombia --------Friendly 2-2 Bulgaria ---------Friendly 1-0 St. Vincent ------Friendly 0-0 United States ----Copa America Group A 0-3 Mexico ----------Copa America Group A 0-5 Argentina ------- Copa America Group A Colombia A rather unusual season from Colombia. They only won 2 games, but they were both must win games and I think they’ll be pleased with 4th place in the Copa. 0-3 England ----Friendly 2-2 Chile -------Friendly 0-4 Holland -----Friendly 1-1 Australia ----Friendly 1-1 Peru --------Copa America Group C 2-0 Bolivia ------Copa America Group C 2-2 Uruguay -----Copa America Group C 3-0 Ecuador----- Copa America Quarter Final 0-2 Brazil --------Copa America Semi-Final 0-3 Argentina---- Copa America 3rd place Play-off Panama Things were looking good for Panama, After some positive results in the friendly’s, but it all fell apart in the Gold Cup where they crashed and burned 0-2 Peru -------------------- Friendly 4-0 Turks & Caicos Islands ----Friendly 5-0 British Virgin Islands ------ Friendly 3-0 Netherlands Antilles -------Friendly 1-2 Jamaica------------------ Gold Cup Group A 0-4 U.S.A --------------------Gold Cup Group A 0-3 Canada------------------ Gold Cup Group A Argentina Argentina were unbeaten all year, and looking great until an injury time goal from Freddy Adu put them out of the Copa America. Picked up 3rd place as a consolation. Successful year none the less. 1-0 Tunisia ---Friendly 2-0 Nigeria ---Friendly 2-0 Australia--Friendly 2-0 Iran------Friendly 2-0 Mexico--- Copa America Group A 3-0 U.S.A---- Copa America Group A 5-0 Chile -----Copa America Group A 1-0 Paraguay- Copa America Quarter Final 1-2 U.S.A -----Copa America Semi– Final 3-0 Colombia --Copa America 3rd Place Play-off Costa Rica Costa Rica had a very impressive year. They only lost 1 game, to USA, but made amends with a win over Honduras to win 3rd place. 3-0 Bahamas ------------- Friendly 2-1 Trinidad and Tobago---Gold Cup Group B 2-0 Cuba -----------------Gold Cup Group B 3-0 St. Vincent -----------Gold Cup Group B 1-0 Jamaica-------------- Gold Cup Quarter Final 0-2 U.S.A----------------- Gold Cup Semi-Final 1-0 Honduras --------------Gold Cup 3rd Place Play-off Bahamas The not so beautiful Bahamas, I think they will be very disappointed with their season. Their only hope of restoring some credibility would be with some serious block voting. 0-3 Venezuela -------Friendly 0-3 French Guyana--- Friendly 0-3 Costa Rica------- Friendly 0-3 Martinique ------- Friendly 0-3 Cuba ------------Friendly Canada Not a bad season from Canada, although unlikely to be in the mix. 2-0 Bermuda -----Friendly 0-4 Belgium------ Friendly 2-1 Cyprus------- Friendly 3-1 Cuba ---------Friendly 0-4 Peru ----------Friendly 0-4 USA-----------Gold Cup Group A 0-2 Jamaica -------Gold Cup Group A 3-0 Panama------- Gold Cup Group A 0-3 Mexico--------Gold Cup Quarter Final USA U.S.A should be very pleased with their performance. Although they went trophy less, they made the final of Both the Gold Cup and the Copa America. 4-0 St. Lucia------------ Friendly 3-0 St. Martin----- ------Friendly 0-1 Czech Republic------ Friendly 2-0 Poland--------------- Friendly 0-1 Egypt----------------Friendly 4-0 Canada-------------- Gold Cup Group A 4-0 Panama------------- Gold Cup Group A 3-0 Jamaica -------------Gold Cup Group A 2-1 Trinidad and Tobago--Gold Cup Quarter Final 2-0 Costa Rica-----------Gold Cup Semi Final 0-1 Mexico--------------Gold Cup Final 0-0 Chile----------------Copa America Group A 0-2 Argentina------------Copa America Group A 2-0 Mexico--------------Copa America Group A 1-0 Bolivia ------------- Copa America Quarter Final 2-1 Argentina -----------Copa America Quarter Semi-Final 0-2 Brazil ---------------Copa America Final Bolivia I think Bolivia will be happy with their season. Aided by a good draw, they made it into the Quarter Final of the Copa for the first time. 3-0 Guadeloupe-------Friendly 1-1 Venezuela---------Friendly 3-0 Puerto Rico-------Friendly 1-1 Ecuador----------Friendly 6-0 US Virgin Islands--Friendly 2-0 Uruguay ---------Copa America Group C 0-2 Colombia---------Copa America Group C 2-2 Peru-------------Copa America Group C 0-1 U.S.A------------Copa America Quarter Final Jamaica Jamaica had a good solid year with some positive wins in the friendly’s. Good Job Lads 3-0 St Kitts & Nevis--Friendly 0-5 Paraguay---------Friendly 4-0 Dominica---------Friendly 1-0 Montserrat-------Friendly 2-0 Nicaragua--------Gold Cup Group A 2-0 Canada----------Gold Cup Group A 0-3 USA -----------Gold Cup Group A 0-1 Costa Rica-------Gold Cup Quarter Final Peru I think Peru will be pleased with A quarter final apperance. 2-0 Panama--------------Friendly 1-0 Guatemala------------Friendly 4-0 Aruba----------------Friendly 3-1 Trinidad and Tobago--Friendly 4-0 Canada---------------Friendly 1-1 Colombia------------- Copa America Group C 1-1 Uruguay -------------Copa America Group C 2-2 Bolivia--------------- Copa America Group C 1-2 Brazil-----------------Gold Cup Quarter Final El Salvador Not a lot to smile about El Salvador way. Maybe the draws in the Gold Cup are highlights in an otherwise disappointing year. 4-0 British Virgin Islands ---Friendly 1-0 Sint Maarten --------- Friendly 0-4 Mexico----------------Gold Cup Group B 1-1 Guatemala ------------Gold Cup Group B 2-2 Honduras -------------Gold Cup Group B Cuba The Mighty Cubans, They should be pleased with their performance. Quite impressive indeed. 1-0 Barbados-------------Friendly 3-0 Barbados-------------Friendly 2-0 Martinique ------------Friendly 1-3 Canada----------------Friendly 3-0 Bahamas--------------Friendly 3-0 St Vincent-------------Gold Cup Group B 0-2 Costa Rica-------------Gold Cup Group B 1-3 Trinidad and Tobago---Gold Cup Group B 1-2 Honduras -------------Gold Cup Quarter Final Honduras Brilliant performance from this side. I’m sure many people wouldn’t have expected to get out of their group in the Gold Cup, let alone Finish 4th. Cracking season. 3-0 US Virgin Islands----Friendly 2-0 Guatemala ---------Gold Cup Group C 0-2 Mexico------------ Gold Cup Group C 2-2 El Salvador-------- Gold Cup Group C 2-1 Cuba -------------Gold Cup Quarter Final 1-4 Mexico ------------Gold Cup Semi- Final 0-1 Costa Rica----------Gold Cup 3rd Place Playoff Mexico Although Mexico will be pleased with the win the Gold Cup, They’ll be bitterly disappointed with their early exit in the Copa. 1-3 Spain--------- Friendly 4-0 Chile---------- Friendly 0-3 Italy--------- Friendly 0-1 Serbia--------- Friendly 1-0 Greece-------- Friendly 4-0 El Salvador ----Gold Cup Group C 2-0 Honduras------ Gold Cup Group C 2-0 Guatemala----- Gold Cup Group C 3-0 Canada-------- Gold Cup Quarter Final 4-1 Honduras------ Gold Cup Semi-Final 1-0 USA------------Gold Cup Final 0-3 Argentina-------Copa America Group A 3-0 Chile----------- Copa America Group A 0-2 USA-----------Copa America Group A Barbados Another beautiful country with a not so beautiful year. PluckaDuck
Hello everybody, I've got some bad news. I think I'm going to have to call the sign-up quits  I'm at my dads every 2nd week, and his computer has broken, and he said there's no chance of it being fixed anytime soon. Therefore, I think it's unfair for people who have signed up to stick around, and only be provided with updates every now and again. I'd like to thank you all very much for signing-up, but I simply can't do it. it's not fair on you guys. Once again, a massive thanks to Paul for letting me take this over, I'm just sorry I can't go through with it I'm very sorry, Pluckaduck
