The stadium name mentioned in this screenshot is wrong. I changed it when i restarted with the right database. Our ground is called Camp D'esports Prada De Moles with 531 seats. Rules : No transfers or loans (except the one's that signed already) - Youth academy only. Contract renewals are allowed. I want to get in La liga with a team full of Andorran academy players . Maybe i'll manage the National team in the future. Game setup Note : i'm using a database update with 5th tier from Spain included , with Pique as secret owner and fan and with five future transfers for next season (players they signed in real life) . I also changed the stadium (they had an old stadium with +- 900 seats, in real life they play in the Camp de Fútbol de Prada de Moles (530 seats) This is my first topic . I hope that i can continue this save till FM20 , posting about it will encourage me to continue. This will be my only and last transfer because of my Youth Academy only challenge. Homegrown players from the Andorra Factory have a YT tag. Key Players The link with Piqué and Barcelona is clear.. there are a few La Masia products ( Riverola , Vilanova (son of Tito) , Bessone , Forgas) Best DC Second best WBL WBR My best midfielder and player ! he played in the Champions League for Barcelona in 2011(a few minutes against Bate). Best striker Best prospect and backup striker for my front three. Best Andorran prospect Next post : Tactics and staff changes. Updates after every one/ two months with results / table and i'll post 3 big updates each season ( Preseason + transfers out / first half season / end of season + youth intake) . I won't sign scouts (and let my chief scout go after the first season ) because i don't have to scout. My assistent manager isn't any good but my real assistent is Jorquera (ex Barcelona ) Found a good Hoyd. Tactic I'm playing this tactic since the beta FM19 and had some succes with Bröndby (Nordic only) and Racing Mechelen (lower league youth only). (Not sure he is suited to playing in a front 3 though). I see that Emili Garcia has "YT" after his name. I take it that indicates that he came through the clubs Academy? Garcia started his career at FC Andorra . Lima started at Inter Club d'Escaldes( he played at FC Andorra from 2012-2014) and Pujol is a mistake, he is also from Andorra youth (changed it now, thanks). 3 hours ago, Pechorin said: Interesting tactic. Left for Numancia at the age of 18 and rejoined this season. Victor Silverio arrived in the factory in 2011 , at the age of 14. He left for Andorran based F.C. Santa Coloma. He Rejoined this season. Cristian Orosa played in the FC Andorra youth in 2007(found proof on transfermarkt). He left at the age of 16 and rejoined (because of database ) this season. EDIT : received a message from Sheriff7 , he had contact with Orosa and he joined the youth system from FC Andorra when he was 13/14 . So i changed it to YT03 . Cristian first proof found in 2008, at the age of 19 . Emili Garcia joined FC Andorra youth in 2006. He left in 2013 and rejoined the club in 2015. Jordi Alaez joined FC Andorra in 2015. Ludovic Clemente seems to be at the club since 2004, left in 2006 and rejoined in 2015. I'll present the three regens from 18/19 that are involved this season at a later stage. Note : I found a solution for increasing the images. if i copy paste directly after taking the screenshot (and don't use the image url) , the image is big. Changed all the updates / images. Interesting to see what kind of youth prospects you get. I've produced a couple who have gone on to play in La Liga, although I never managed to keep any for more than a year. I'm over my future wage budget and can't give any of my current players a new contract. So almost 90 procent of my first team is out of contract at the end of the season.. A good run gives me four points advantage. We are on fire but i have problems to renew the contracts of my players. No wage budget left and this won't change in the coming months because of five future transfers... Now i face a big challenge in keeping my first team players. only three players left with a contract and Lima is retiring. I only have 8 days left before all the contracts of my players expire.. GK joins from Valencia. Ratti leaves the club on a free.. so he could become important. DC from Charleroi . DC from Lleida Winger from Reus. Important player ex Nastic . He also played for Espanyol, Real Madrid (3 games in 2008) , Elche , Numancia etc. This four/five look great but we have to keep other players(and staff) or we have a big problem.. I had to release +- 20 youth players that had a contract when i started the game. They earn 130 euro / month but most of them had no future. This gave me money for new contracts. Riverola, Dot, Bover, Forgas , Villanova , Beja, Cristian and Tacon are all waiting and could sign anywhere if they want. Four players signed an amateur contract I was able to give a new contract to a few important players after those last moves . And all of them have accepted the 'extend one season' option. Now i need to fix the situation with Vilanova (DC), Tacon (striker) and Cristian (DR) , they don't have a contract anymore and prefer not to talk. i would love to give them a new contract so i'm sure they'll stay. Lima loses his captain band because he'll retire in november 19. A good pre-season with two injuries for Garcia and Riverola. They'll miss the first game. Lost Vilanova on a free to Ebro.. so i'll have a very small squad (still holding talks with Tacon and Cristian) Puyol retired , Lima leaves and retires in november.
