A winger will 100% attack the box too, especially with attack duty, no need to change anything there (though you might want to put Vargas on a support duty, he doesn't have the best of anticipation). An inverted winger is a guy who crosses inwards with his left foot and you don't have that player there. Also someone who doesn't make forward runs will help with recycling and defence, both bwm roles do that, no need to change anything, the support role just plays a more expansive passing game which Aranguiz is perfectly capable of achieving. So all you need to change is the cm role imho, your tactic is very good. Only change the bwm if you put Frimpong in a more attacking role, because the bwm -su tries to break attacks high up the pitch and this might result in some counter-attacking from your opponents.
