  1. Well, then you have your answers how many assignments can handle if you don't see the red limit. How affective can be, the logic says "workload". The higher workload, the less effective. Top Priority takes 2 scouters, if I remember correctly. If you assign a scout manually, outside from Recruitment Focus, to scout players; you will see that a scouter can handle only 50 (players). How fast will produce results, it depends of his attributes and his workload (50 is very high workload). Don't expect someone from developers to say about formulas and how much or many.

  4. Those two hidden attributes playing a big role, IMHO. Despite various phases (ie. playing matches or training). Plus morale (aka body language during the game). For those which playing the game many years, it pretty well known that everything is being connected.
  5. Penalty alone means nothing; Finishing & Composure is being connected with Penalty attribute. Also, it depends of the situation during the game. For me, I am experience the opposite: I can't see missing penalties; maybe due to morale management. Attributes wise, isn't something special; like 11-12-12.
  6. Where the build up play starts and which position (or player) has most the ball. For example, if it's DM position; then I am giving an instruction to my AMC player to Mark Specific Player. With this method, you block their build up play; but during the match AI can change it, so you have to keep an eye.

  8. Since they bring success to the club (reputation & money), for them (reputation and CA increase); it's logic to ask for more money. Giving a promise which you can't make it, you shoot your own legs. It's also makes a logic someone which earns 7K in smaller reputation club; you came for him, to ask for higher salary (from the current one).
  9. You can assign for the whole year when pre-season starts and then tweak further according to fixtures (new or pushed back for X reasons). Otherwise, I am implement it month by month at 1st of each month. Takes around a minute or less.

  14. It has. High injury prone players is most likely to see higher "timeout" from playing (aka long term injuries). Pitch condition, training facilities, tactic intensity, general training intensity, individual training intensity (eg. learning new trait, additional focus, develop weaker foot etc), medical department, match load (not proper rotation); all of them playing their own part.

  17. The type of injury and the ratio of injury is something very different.
