Season One 2022/23

Serie A

BenArsenal (Juventus)

Ben has been given the task of the Old Lady of Italy. Juventus have been quoted at 3-1 to win Serie A this season, so the pressure is on from the start for Ben. Will he cope with the pressure or will he jump in one of the many cars he reviews and drive out of Italy

CFuller (Fiorentina)

CFuller has the pleasure of Fiorentina, unfortunately for him his club is in debt and could struggle. His side has been quoted at 50-1 to win Serie A. Can CFuller sort out this once great club or will he be out on his heels in no time

Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

Newcomer to this series sees Daniel taking over Salernitana and his side has been quoted at 200-1 to win Serie A. The low placing good be a god send for the newcomer

EvilDave (Verona)

Dave is in charge of Verona who have been quoted at 600-1 to win Serie A and been placed to finish 13^th this season. Can Dave bring his managerial skills to do a Leicester and win as a surprising underdog

Gavrenwick (Lazio)

Gav has been given the job of Lazio, can he bring his skills to the club and defy the 15-1 6^th favourites to win Serie A this season.

Jon 1982 (Milan)

Jon has a tough task on his hands as he's been placed in charge of Milan. They have been quoted at 11-2 third favourites to win Serie A. Milan are the current Champions so the pressure could be on from the start

Neilhoskins77 (Napoli (Parthenope))

My fellow Mod has been put in charge of Napoli (or in FM Terms Parthenope). The club has been quoted at 6-1 to win Serie A. Can Neil emulate the real life Napoli and bring home the title, or will his reign be cut short before he gets the chance

Tenthreeleader (Inter)

Our fearless leader and two time winner of this series has been given the task of the other Milan side Inter. His side have been quoted at 2-1 favourites title, however this could be a poisonous chalice and he could be out on his ears sooner rather than later

WLKRAS (Atalanta)

WLKRAS is in charge of Atalanta this time and his side have been quoted at 33-1 to win the title. The board look to be hoping for European football. Lets see how his luck goes this time round

Serie B

bigmattb28 (Pisa)

Matt has been given the task of Pisa, not Pizza guys. His side has been quoted at 14-1 to get top spot and promotion. Lets hope the board don't LEAN to much on him for results

Celtic_1967 (SPAL)

The original winner of this series has ben given the task of SPAL, who have been quoted at 50-1 to get top spot. To be honest I don't know much about SPAL so cant make no quirky comments about it

Dalbeider (Bari)

Dalbeider will be managing Bari who once had the pleasure of Serie A football. They have been quoted at 16-1 to get top spot and regain their place in Serie A

Mandy42 (Como)

Mandy has the pleasure of managing Como, who have been quoted at 50-1 for the title and Promotion. Hopefully his style of play wont COMOtose the players and fans

mark wilson27 (Perugia)

I have been given the job of Perugia who has been quoted at 150-1 for the title and are one of the favourites to be relegated. Can I manage to save the club from this fate. With my luck in these series I say no

Tikka Mezzala (Frosinone)

Tikka has been put in charge of Frosinone who have been quoted at 13-2 4^th favourites for promotion. So the pressure is on for his side to be promoted.

July 2023 (Managers Remaining 15/15)

Serie A

@BenArsenal(Juventus)

The preseason began with a 2-0 win over Cremonese and this was followed by an impressive 2-1 win over Real Madrid

@CFuller (Fiorentina)

CFuller didn't have any matches this month...Could the lack of matches cost him??????

@Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

Just the one friendly this month as Aston Villa came to town and beat his side 2-1.

@EvilDave (Verona)

Dave's side started with an away game against Millwall in which his side lost 1-0, this was followed by a 1-0 at home to Fulham. The final game of the month saw his side losing 3-2 to Casa Pia

@gavrenwick (Lazio)

Gavrenwick started well in preseason as his side beat Fulham 2-0 and this was followed by a 3-1 win over Sassuolo

@Jon1982 (Milan)

Milan started the preseason with a 2-0 loss to Bayern Munich and this was followed by a 2-0 win over Goztepe. The final game of the month was another 2-0 loss to Valencia this time

@neilhoskins77 (Napoli (Parthenope))

Neil's side started with a 1-0 loss to Manchester City and this was followed by a 3-1 win over Getafe. The final game of the month saw his side drawing 0-0 against Sampdoria

@bigmattb28 (Pisa)

Bigmatts preseason began terribly with three losses in a row as his side lost 2-0 to Sudtirol and this was followed by a 2-1 loss to Palermo. The third loss was a 1-0 loss to Genoa. The final game of the month saw his side drawing 1-1 Cosenza. Hopefully this isn't a precursor for the season

@Celtic_1967 (SPAL)

The first game of the preseason saw his side drawing 0-0 with Dalbeider's Bari, this was followed by a 1-1 draw against Benevento. The final game of the month saw his side losing 2-0 to Torino

@Dalbeider (Bari)

A packed July saw Dalbeider starting with a 0-0 draw against Brescia and this was followed by another 0-0 draw against SPAL. The next two friendlies saw his side losing 1-0 to both Venezia and Mark Wilson's Perugia. The month also saw his side face their first competitive game as his side beat Padova 2-0 in the Italian Cup Preliminary Round

@Mandy42 (Como)

Not a bad start to the preseason as his side beat Sudtirol 3-1 and this was followed by a 2-1 win over Palermo. The final game of the month saw his side drawing 1-1 against Cittadella

A busy month for myself as my side started with a 1-1 draw against Ascoli and this was followed by a 2-0 win over Modena. The next game saw his side drawing 0-0 against Benevento. The next two games saw his side beating Bari 2-0 and this was followed with another 2-0 win over Sporting CP

@Tikka Mezzala (Frosinone)

Four games for Tikka's side as they started with 2-1 win over Cittadella and this was followed by a 2-0 loss to Parma. The next game saw another 2-0 loss as his side went down to Palermo. The final game of the month saw his side beating LOSC 2-0

August 2023 (Managers Remaining 15/15)

Serie A

BenArsenal (Juventus)

The start of the month saw Ben's side facing Milan in a friendly and beating them 3-2 and this was followed by a 2-1 friendly win over Olympiacos. The season then properly started for Ben's side with a 1-0 win over Atalanta and was followed by 2-1 win over Salento. The final game of the month saw his side beating Lazio 2-0 to finish the month in second place.

CFuller (Fiorentina)

The month began with a friendly against A.Madrid which his side won 2-1. The the real season began as his side beat Cremonese 1-0 and this was followed by a 2-0 win over FCSB in the UEFA Europa Conf. League League Path 4^th Rd 1^st Leg. The next game saw his side beating Sampdoria 2-0 and this was followed by the home leg in Europe as his side beat FCSB 3-1 to qualify for the group stage 5-1 on aggregate. The final game of the month saw his side drawing 1-1 against Salernitana to end the month in 4^th place

Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

The month began with a 2-0 win over Cittadella in the Italian Cup 1^st Rd and this was followed by a 2-2 draw against Napoli. The next league game saw his side losing 1-0 to Cremonese and the month ended with a 1-1 draw against Fiorentina. His side sat 16^th in Serie A at the close of the month

EvilDave (Verona)

A poor month for Dave's side, it started with a 1-0 friendly win over Sampdoria but was followed by a penalty loss in the Cup First Rd against Benevento after a 1-1 draw. The league started with a 0-0 draw against Udinese and was followed by a 1-0 loss to Brianza. The final game saw his side losing 2-0 to WLKRAS's Atalanta. His side sit bottom of the table at the end of the month

Gavrenwick (Lazio)

The month began with a 3-2 friendly loss to Sevilla. The season started with a 1-0 loss to Roma and was followed by a 1-0 win over Milan. However the month ended with another loss this time against Juventus to see his side 12^th in the table

Jon 1982 (Milan)

The month began with two friendly losses as Jon's side went 2-3 down to Juventus and 1-2 down to Valladolid. The Serie A season with a 3-1 win over Salento but was followed with a 1-0 loss to Lazio. Worse was to come as his side lost the Milan derby 1-0 to end the month in 13^th spot.

Neilhoskins77 (Napoli (Parthenope))

A 1-1 friendly draw against Shakhtar started the month and this was followed by a 2-2 draw in Serie A against Salernitana. The final two games of the month saw his side beating Sassuolo 2-0 and beating Spezia 1-0 to end the month in 3^rd spot.

Tenthreeleader (Inter)

Tenthree's side drew 1-1 against Atletico Pamplona in a friendly and was followed by an opening day 2-0 win against Spezia. The next game saw his side beating Roma 2-0 and was followed by a 1-0 win in the Milan derby to finish the month on top of Serie A

WLKRAS (Atalanta)

The month began with a 1-0 friendly loss to Elche and was followed by an opening day 1-0 defeat to Juventus. The month ended better with two 2-0 wins, the first was over Bologna and was followed by the win over Verona. His side finished the month in 5^th spot.

bigmattb28 (Pisa)

Matt's side faced his final friendly against Sambenedettese and beat them 2-1, then the season began with a First Rd cup game and that was as far as he went as his side lost 2-0 to Modena. The loss was followed by another loss as his side went 2-1 down to Genoa. The next Serie B game saw his side beating Cittadella 1-0 and he followed it with a 1-1 draw against Palermo. The final game of the month saw his side losing 2-0 to Sudtirol. His side finished the month in 14^th place

Celtic_1967 (SPAL)

The month began with a 1-1 draw against Sassuolo in the Cup 1^st Rd, luckily for Celtic_1967 his side knew how to take penalties and they went through after the shootout. Then started the league season and it didn't start to well for our previous winner as his side drew 1-1 against Cittadella and this was followed by another 1-1 draw against Venezia. Then followed a couple of losses as his side lost 1-0 to Modena and this was followed with a 2-1 loss to Parma. His side finished the month in 17^th place

Dalbeider (Bari)

Dalbeider got off to a great start in the season as his side knocked out Serie A side Udinese on penalties in the Cup first Rd after a 1-1 draw. The next game saw his side drawing again with a 0-0 draw against Venezia and this was followed with a 2-1 win over Modena. The final two games of the month saw his side drawing 1-1 against Parma and losing 2-0 to Brescia. His side finished the month in 12^th place.

Mandy42 (Como)

A poor month for Mandy despite his side starting with a 2-1 friendly win over Catania. This was followed with his side being knocked out of the cup at the first hurdle 2-1 against Spezia. The league started with a 2-0 win over Palermo and was followed with a 1-1 draw against Suditrol. The final two games saw his side losing 2-0 against Frosinone and losing 1-0 against Cagliari. His side finished the month in 16^th spot

The month began with a 2-1 Cup win over Venezia and was followed by an opening day 1-0 win over Frosinone. Then followed a trio of draws with my side drawing 1-1 with Cagliari, then a 0-0 draw against Ternana. The final draw was another 0-0 against Cosenza. My side finished the month in 8^th spot

Tikka Mezzala (Frosinone)

A 1-0 win over Bologna in the Cup started the month but it was followed with a 1-0 loss to Perugia in Serie B. The next league game saw his side drawing 1-1 against Benevento and was followed by a 2-0 win over Como. The final game of the month saw his side beating Genoa 1-0 to finish the month in 8^th place

An unbeaten month saw Ben's side start with a 2-0 win over rival Torino and this was followed by a 1-1 draw against Manchester City in the Champions League Grp stage. The next game saw his side drawing again 1-1 with Tenthreeleader's Inter and then it was back to Champions League action as he beat Monaco 3-1. The last two games of the month was against Serie A opposition as his side beat Neilhoskins77's Napoli 3-0 and followed this with a 2-0 win over Cremonese to finish the month top of Serie A

CFuller (Fiorentina)

An almost perfect month for CFuller's side as they started with a 1-1 draw against Spezia and this was followed with a 6-0 thrashing of Shakhtar Soligorsk in the Europa Conference League. His side then faced Sassuolo in the league and won 2-1 and this was followed with another European game as his side beat Ki 3-0. The final game of the month saw his side beating Roma 3-0 to finish the month in 3^rd spot

Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

A 1-0 loss to Sassuolo was followed with a 1-0 win over Sampdoria. The final game of the month saw his side drawing 0-0 against Spezia to finish the month in 14^th spot.

EvilDave (Verona)

A poor month saw Dave's side being beaten by Lazio 2-0 and this was followed by a 1-1 draw against Salento. The final game of the month saw his side losing 1-0 to Inter and finishing the month propping up the table

Not a bad start to the month for Gav's side as his side started with a 2-0 win over Verona and followed it with a 2-0 win over Feyernoord in the Europa League. The next game saw his side beating Bologna 3-1 but this was followed with a 1-1 draw against FK Austria Vienna in the Europa League. Not the greatest of months for our fearless leader. However it did start well with a 2-1 win over Bologna which was followed by a 1-1 draw against FC Kobenhavn in the Champions League. Then followed a 1-1 draw with Juventus but this was followed by a 1-0 loss to Ajax in Europe. The month ended with a win though as his side beat Verona 1-0 to end the month in 2^nd spot

The month didn't start well as WLKRAS's side lost 1-0 to Udinese but he followed it with a 1-0 win over Empoli. They ended the month with a 2-0 win over Brianza to finish in 4^th spot

October 2023 (Managers Remaining 15/15)

Serie A

BenArsenal (Juventus)

A busy month for Ben's side with the first game coming in Europe and they won 2-0 against FC RB Salzburg and this was followed by a 2-1 win over Salernitana. The following match was in Europe again against FC RB Salzburg and this time they drew 1-1 and this was followed by 1-0 win over Fiorentina in Serie A. Another Serie A game saw his side beating Sassuolo 2-1 and this was then followed by a home match against Monaco in Europe and they again drew 2-2. The final match of the month saw his side beating Spezia 2-0 to finish the month in top spot.

CFuller (Fiorentina)

A busy month for CFuller's side with eight matches, the first of which was a 2-0 win over Jon's Milan and this was followed by a 1-1 draw in the Europa Conference league over Slavia Prague. The next match was another Serie A win as they beat Bologna 1-0 but this was followed by a 2-1 loss to Slavia Prague in Europe. A second loss in a row saw his side losing to Ben's Juventus 1-0 but his side made up for it with a 3-1 win over Verona. The final two games in the month saw his side thrashing Ki in Europe 5-0 and this was followed with a 1-0 loss to Empoli to end the month in 3^rd spot

A difficult month for Daniel's side that started with a 2-0 loss over Roma and was followed by a 2-1 loss to Juventus. The next match saw his side beating Milan 2-1 but was followed by an Italian Cup defeat to Brianza 1-0. The final two matches of the month saw his side beating Bologna 2-0 and was followed by a 2-0 loss to Verona to end the month in 12^th spot

A 2-0 loss to Fiorentina wasn't the start Jon wanted this month and this was followed by a dire 0-0 draw against Sporting CP in the Champions League. A 1-0 win against Sassuolo was followed by a 1-0 win over Sporting in Europe, The next match saw his side losing 2-1 to Salernitana and was followed by a 3-0 win over Spezia. The final two matches of the month saw his side losing 1-0 to Sevilla in Europe and was followed by a 2-0 win over Roma to end the month in 8^th place

Tenthreeleader's side had a mixed month which started with a 2-0 win over Empoli and followed it with a 1-0 win over Barcelona in the Champions League. Udinese were next for his side and they beat them 1-0 but then went down to a 2-0 loss to Atalanta. The final two games saw two draws with a 0-0 score against Ajax in the Champions League and a 1-1 draw against Salento in Serie A. His side finished the month in 2^nd place

An unbeaten month for WLKRAS's side as they drew the first game 1-1 against Sampdoria and this was followed by a 2-0 win over Lazio. January 2023 (Managers Remaining 12/15)

BenArsenal (Juventus)

A busy start to the year saw Ben's side begin with a 3-1 win over Bologna and followed it with a 3-0 Italian Cup win over Sudtirol. The next game saw his side beat Verona 3-0 and this was followed with another win this time 2-1 over Sampdoria. A 1-0 win over Empoli was reversed in the next game as his side lost to Udinese. The final game of the month saw his side beating Brianza 2-0 in the Italian Cup ¼ Final. His side are top of the table

CFuller (Fiorentina)

A terrible month for CFuller as his side won only one of the seven games played. The first game saw his side losing 1-0 to Atalanta and this was followed by a 2-2 draw to Salento. The next game saw him going 2-0 down to Gavrenwick's Lazio and he followed this with an Italian Cup exit 1-0 to Torino. Tenthreeleader's Inter were next up and his side lost 2-0 but this was followed by the only win of the month a 1-0 score over Torino to avenge the Cup defeat. The final game of the month saw a 2-2 draw against Napoli with his side finishing 7^th in the league at the end of the month

Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

Two 1-0 wins started the month with Brianza and Atalanta both losing to Daniel's side. His side followed it up with a 1-0 loss to Salento. The final two games saw his side drawing 1-1 in both games against Lazio and Torino. His side finished the month in 15^th spot

The next game saw his side losing 1-0 to Sassuolo and this was followed by a 1-0 win over Spezia to end the month in 6^th spot

Jon 1982 (Milan)

The month began with a 1-0 loss to Bologna and was followed by a 2-0 win over Verona. Next up was a 1-0 loss in the Italian Cup 3^rd Rd to Brianza and this was followed by a 0-0 draw to Empoli. The next game saw his side beating Tenthreeleader's Inter in the Italian Super Cup 2-1 aet. This victory was followed by a 2-0 loss to Udinese but unfortunately for Jon this was his last game as the clubs hierarchy decided to relieve him of his duties (A strange one to be sure)

A 2-0 win over Lazio started the month and this was followed by the same scoreline against Inter. His side then beat SPAL in the Italian Cup 1-0 and this was followed by another win this time 2-0 over Torino. The month ended with two draws this first of which was a 1-1 draw against Sampdoria and the second was a 2-2 draw against Fiorentina. His side ended the month in 9^th spot and his job on the line, despite an unbeaten month

Tenthreeleader (Inter)

A mixed month for Tenthreeleader which started with a 2-2 draw against Torino and this was followed by a 2-0 loss to fellow Mod Neilhoskins77's Napoli. His side then beat Cremonese 4-0 in the Italian Cup but this was followed by a derby loss after extra time 2-1 to Milan. Then his side produced two 2-0 wins, the first against Fiorentina and the next against Cremonese. The final game of the month saw his side losing 2-1 to Sassuolo to end the month in 4^th spot

WLKRAS (Atalanta)

The first game of the year saw his side beating Fiorentina 1-0 but he followed it with a 1-0 loss to Salernitana. The next game saw his side beating Sassuolo 2-0 and this was followed by an extra time 2-0 win over Salento in the Italian Cup. Two losses in the league followed as his side lost 2-1 to Spezia and followed it with a 3-0 loss to Roma. The final game of the month saw his side beating Milan 2-1 to finish the month in 2^nd spot

A typically rubbish performance from me in this one, although I feel being sacked by Verona on the back of Roma, Milan and Juventus one after the other is a bit harsh! Some trigger-happy chairmen out there in Italy, I don't see this lasting as long as some of the past editions...

A good month for Ben's side as they remained top. The first game of the month saw his side beating Atalanta 1-0 and this was followed by a 5-1 win over Salento. Up next was Lazio and his side beat them 1-0 but followed it with a shock 2-1 defeat to Brianza. Liverpool were next in Europe and his side managed to draw 1-1 and the month ended with a 3-0 win over local rivals Torino

A very busy month for CFuller's side and it started with a 2-0 win over Cremonese and was followed by another 2-0 win this time over Sampdoria. Salernitana were the next team to turn up and get beaten as his side beat them 2-1. This was followed by a 2-1 over FK Austria Vienna in the UEFA Europa Conf. League Knockout Play-off 2st leg. The next game saw his side drawing 1-1 against Sassuolo and this was followed by a second leg 2-1 victory over FK Austria Vienna. The first game for Ben's side was against Milan and hi side lost 3-1 and the scoreline was repeated in the Champions League as Monaco beat them 3-1. The next game saw his side drawing 1-1 against Salernitana and this was followed by a 2-1 win over Sassuolo, his side finished the month down in 2^nd place

CFuller (Fiorentina)

The first game of the month saw his side losing 1-0 to Udinese and this was followed by a 3-1 win over Sevilla in the Conference League. The next game saw a 1-1 draw against WLKRAS's Atalanta and this was followed by a 1-0 win over Empoli. The final game of the month saw his side beating Ascoli in the Italian Cup 2^nd Rd. The end of the month saw his side in 8^th spot

Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

Not a great month for Daniel's side as they started with a 0-0 draw against Roma and this was followed by a 1-1 draw against Juventus. The next game saw his side losing 1-0 to Milan and then his side was knocked out of the Italian Cup as they drew 1-1 against Brescia and lost the penalty shootout. His side finished in 7^th for the month...(Maybe I'm being alittle harsh with saying it wasn't a great month)

Gavrenwick (Lazio)

A good month for Gav's side as they started with a 1-0 win over Tenthreeleader's Inter, this was followed by a 2-1 win over OGC Nice in the Champions League. The final two games of the month saw his side beating both Sudtirol and Bologna 3-0 to end the month in 3^rd spot.

Neilhoskins77 (Napoli (Parthenope))

An unbeaten month for Neil's Napoli side as they started with a 2-0 win over Empoli and followed it with a 1-1 draw against Verona. His side then faced Jablonec in the Europa Conference League and beat them 2-0 and then followed it with a 1-1 draw against Genoa. His side finished the month in 8^th spot

Tenthreeleader (Inter)

The began with a 1-0 loss to Gavrenwick's Lazio and followed it with a 2-0 win over Maccabi Tel-Aviv in the Champions League. His side then drew 1-1 with Torino and ended the month with a 2-1 win over Cagliari. His side finished the month in 11^th spot

WLKRAS (Atalanta)

A 2-1 win over Salento started the month and was followed by a Champions League loss to Chelsea 3-1. The next game saw his side drawing 1-1 against Fiorentina and was followed by a 3-1 win over Spezia to end the month in 4^th spot

The next match saw his side beating Empoli 1-0 and was followed by a 4-0 win over Fiorentina in the Italian Cup 3^rd Rd. The final match of the month saw his side drawing 1-1 against Verona to finish the month in 2^nd spot

CFuller (Fiorentina)

The month started with a 2-0 win over Genoa and was followed by a 3-1 win over Verona. However the next game wasn't great as his side lost 2-0 to Lazio and was followed by a 4-0 loss to Juventus in the Italian Cup 3^rd Rd. The next game saw his side beating Torino 1-0 and the month ended with a 3-1 loss to Inter. His side is currently 7^th in the league

The final two games of the month saw his side beating Salernitana 2-0 and this was followed by 2-0 win over Borussia M'gladbach in the Champions League Rd of 16 first leg. His side finished the month in 6^th spot

WLKRAS (Atalanta)

Not a great month for WLKRAS as his side only won the once. The first game of the month saw his side drawing 0-0 against Udinese and was followed by his only win as his side beat Sudtirol 1-0. The next game saw his side drawing 1-1 against Cagliari and was followed by an Italian Cup exit as his side were beaten 1-0 by Tenthreeleader's Inter. The month started with a 1-0 win over Sudtirol and was followed by 2-1 win over Tenthreeleader's Inter in the first leg of the Italian Cup Semi final. The next match was a 3-1 win over Napoli but this was followed by being knocked out of Europe as his side lost 4-2 against Real Madrid in the 2^nd leg and 5-4 on aggregate. His side didn't seem to recover from the European exit as his side lost 3-0 to CFuller's Fiorentina. The last game of the month saw his side drawing 1-1 against Salento to finish the month in 3^rd spot

CFuller (Fiorentina)

Not the best of months in the league for CFuller as his side lost the first game 2-1 against Salento and this was followed by a 1-0 loss to Spezia. The next match was a Europa League Rd of 16 first leg against Valencia which his side drew 1-1 away from home and this was followed by a 3-0 win over BenArsenal's Juventus. The next match was the second leg of the European tie against Valencia and his side again drew 1-1 but went through after an epic 10-9 penalty shootout win. The last game of the month saw his side beaten 1-0 by Roma to finish the month in8th place

Daniel Evensen (Salernitana)

The month started with two 1-0 losses as Torino and Sudtirol both beat Daniel's side. However his side made up for it with an entertaining 3-2 win over Napoli which was followed by a 2-0 win over Bologna to end the month in 9^th spot

Gavrenwick (Lazio)
