dont know, he just came after an appeal. im from Holland, im not sure what the workpermit even means... i just try to sign players and then i appeal if they ask me to.

Work permits are needed for non-EU nationals in order for them to work within the EU (I assume it is the case with all EU countries?).

sometimes players can come if even they need a work permit normally

depending on thier international apps in the past year

Got Freddie Ljungberg to the Norwegian champions Stabæk, but he was injured for 7 months in his first match... Paid him 10.000 Norwegian Kroner (around £800-900)! Cheap even for a middle-sized Norwegian club!

A lot of these are either not in the game as far as I can see, or they have since moved to a club (e.g. Ljungberg). Possiblyneeds updating for full game and patch?

Giannichedda and Tacchinardi are available for free and can do job in Prem or Championship.

It's because he's been injured and hence not played in 75% of the last two years internationals.

There's is flexibility in the law for these situations if the player can produce a "sicknote", but it looks like this quirk of regulations hasn't made it into the game.

2nd season as West Ham I got this guy on a free from Barcelona.

Lots of clubs came in for him, including Man Utd, Spurs and some other top clubs.

He wanted a contract that said "Back up" and something like 15k per week wages, so to give my lowly West Ham side a chance to get him, I offered a contract for 1st team and 40k per week wages...... He sighned

its a known bug i think has justbeen fixed on the new patch... all the young players in spanish league tened to get released for free...

and of course man city's reserves are where player go to die so when they obviously get overlooked
