He may not be *that* much of a loss though..... Since his arrival Wagner Ramos Lima has been outperforming him, and may even be the bigger talent, just less developed by the AI, still only 20 though! Oltavaro, Mosquera both wanted moves to Liverpool that never materialized, and are now rotting in the u-19's, Mosquera's actually calming down, but too late. His position in the squad is usurped, Rosseau's form has pushed him to first choice, but also by a youngster I wanted to give more chances. The surprise was with a week left, Zoet demanding to leave for Inter. I said 15m and he could go, which he wouldn't even consider, and Inter were very much penny pinching. So, u-19's it is. The first day he was upset, I arranged a replacement, guy was here before Inter even bid. Zoet's replacement was the only buy, but we set up two bosmans for the summer. 22.5m from Watford, absolute steal for one of the best keepers in the game, entering his prime. A rare case of all the fans being in agreement, Watford gutted, Fortuna happy. First bosman, an exciting prospect of a stopper from the Ukraine. Asensio is the 2nd! I perhaps should have brought this forward, but there's no real panic. The youngster moved to the first team squad is this lad I bought for a few mil from PSV. Shame all of them are proper crap! The staff rate this Dutch/Belgian/Turkish youngster. He's a big 'ol target man, but, he looks like he might be a really bloody good one! The most notable parts of it were doing it without Wagner Ramos Lima(picked up a 2 week knock days before the final), and having a pair of academy grads in the starting 11. It was slightly disappointing that no good Irish or Canadian players popped up, as most saves where I'm limited, I've seen Canadian worldies appear. I'm shocked that Athletic's 1-1 draw with Dinamo won game of the season over that crazy final, but apparently despite the scoreline it was one for the ages.
