Going to update you on the recent going-ons at Dundee FC:

Older transfers you may not have heard of:

1. Greg Stewart moved from Cowdenbeath to Dundee this month after he signed a pre contract agreement months ago.

2. Philip Roberts moved from Unattached to Dundee (was previously at Falkirk but was released in March).

3. Archie Knox stepped down from his Chief Scout role at Dundee.

4. Tom Ritchie moved from his role as Fitness Coach at Alloa to the same role at Dundee.

New Transfers:

1. James McPake and Kevin Thomson have signed 2 year contracts with Dundee after their contracts with Hibernian expired at the end of the season.

2. Scott Bain signed a 3 year contract with Dundee following the expiry of his contract at Alloa.

3. Ray Farningham changed positions with the club officially changing roles from Assistant Manager to Head of Youth Development today following the opening of Dundee's revamped youth facilities. Paul Hartley is yet to appoint a new assistant manager.

Lastly, although no specific numbers have been announced Dundee's season ticket sales are up around 40% from this time last year and are expected to continue that way. I believe season ticket holders are currently 3000 in game. Which would put Dundee's season ticket sales come the start of the season at around the 4200 mark should things continue.

Blair Spittal has signed for Dundee Utd from Queen's Park after he rejected an offer from Dundee and another team. Might need a potential upgrade as I think it's only at 98 in game. Maybe 118 instead a potential upgrade of twenty seems reasonable.

Kristofer Hæstad is finished in Vålerenga. Confirmed. He says he have not heard anything from any other Tippeligaen teams, and also says the only club in Tippeligaen he would be interested in joining would be his former club IK Start. That may not be very realistic as many Start-fans sees him as a judas for leaving Start for Vålerenga in 2008 when they needed him the most, especially after Start came 2nd after Vålerenga in 2005, losing by only 1 point. Hæstad have also had a terrible season this year, with no play time in 2014. He (30 years old) says he consider retiring.
