GameWeek 5

PredictionLeagueseason3-4.png

In what was a very poor week for FMS we have a new leader. BenArsenal took full advantage of the poor scores with this weeks top score of 9. He would have had 10 had he not predicted an 11-2 victory for Stoke. There were a few table climbers with tenthreeleader, Panpardus and salkster2102 with what seemed to be a good score this week of 5. Dunce of the week is tied with Spav, Balthazars, ohaio and chesterfan2.

Gameweek 6

PredictionLeagueseason3-5.png

What a contrasting few weeks it has been. From last weeks dismal scores to a really well scored week this time. One man who is certainly enjoying predicting life is leader BenArsenal. Not only does he extend his lead at the top but gets the top score of the week for the second week in a row. That accolade is shared though with mod tenthreeleader who moves up the table again. Only one person didn't get a perfect score and that was our resident Spaniard Dalbeider. Dunce of the week goes to Brian W who's bad form continues.

PredictionLeagueseason3-6-1.png

It seems it was a decent week for most of our predictors. BenArsenal sees his lead at the top closed down to 3 points after a good week from ScottleeSV. Panpardus falls behind a little after his prediction for a few surprise results didn't go to plan. High score of the week goes to ohaio after a good score of 12. Dunce of the week goes to gandycoleuk after a dismal score of 3.

Yep, very happy with my weekend's work. :)

I must admit, I'm more worried by Pan than Ben at this point. Pan is a proven champion and likely to be a pain in the ass all the way through. Ben on other hand; well, he's unproven. Reminds me a bit of when Wolves went top of the premier league. It was a nice story for the romantics but you knew the bottom could fall out at any time.

As for Tenthree cropping up in fourth. Well, it's good to see an old timer making a fist of it, but that's not likely to last either. It's been proven over the course of history that people in the 40+ age group struggle to predict with accuracy over a gruelling 38 week campaign.
