Landris
Question about scout reports: When in the Regional divs, scout reports only talk about current and potential ability in terms of the Regional divs, but once you reach Blue Square N/S, it can refer to players as being a good player in League 2 for example. Any way to extend that to include the added divisions?

I really hope there is a solution to this as Ive spent a lot of time on this save.Fingers crossed and many thanks. Well you have the same processor and memory as me, I've tested my file until 2039 (with just English leagues running) with no crashes or league failures, however that's with a smaller database. How big is the database you are running? There shouldn't be anything specific to my file to cause any crashes so it must be a local problem. I'd suggest uninstalling then a clean install of the game...

Marluff
This is very strange. I'm looking at my saved games and there is a massive difference in size. Is this normal? 11/07/2019 save is 246,730 13/08/2020 save is 91,498 Also would the original database be saved on the laptop because Ive moved from the laptop to this PC and there is no database in the db folder? dave178
Same - I'd love to start a new game with this, but I'm just starting my 4th season with Chorley and I'm so immersed, I'll wait for the inevitable FM screwup before I start again. I've not had a single problem with version 4.whatever, and one of my favourite things about these files beyond the detail is that I can trust that I'm not going to have a game wrecked by a mistake. Thanks! I hope this version will make your lives easier in the next FM version too.

If you have any issues, make sure you've read the Editor Forum FAQ thread at http://community.sigames.com/showthr...r-Features-FAQ. FAQ * Can you explain the English Non-league system? The BBC Sport website has an excellent guide to how the English non-league system operates - LINK This file includes levels 1 to 8 activated, which is down to step 4 in the English Non-League pyramid: * Why is my team in the Northern Premier League, shouldn't they be in the Isthmian League? One of the qwerks of the English non league steps is how much change there is every season. This all depends on which teams are selected for promotion from Level 9 that may not easily fit into the regional geography of Levels 7 and 8. For Football Manager this is a problem as whilst rules have been set for each league and the vast majority of teams, unfortunately you can't programme common sense into the data editor. On the rare occasion you may find a team sorted into the wrong division, be rest assured that when the first opportunity arises to place them back into their correct division the game will sort them correctly. * Why do I need to add All Key Staff? I recommend you tick 'Add key staff'. That way all the staff you need, i.e. a physio and assistant manager will be generated for the clubs where there is not one set in the database. * Are you planning on providing a data update for these teams so they have the correct players and staff etc? This is not a player data update, no players have been added or their stats amended and I have no intention of adding this information. * Why are Ilkeston playing in the Blue Square North and Winsdor & Eton and Leyton in the game? In real life, following the withdrawal of Ilkeston from the Blue Square North in September 2010 the league will operate with only 21 teams with 2 relegation places, to be expanded back up to its full compliment of 22 teams and 3 relegation places for the 2011/2012 season. I have decided these files will operate as per the line-up on the first league fixture of the 2010/2011 season, so Ilkeston, Windsor & Eton and Leyton are reinstated into their respective leagues. The same also applies to point deductions, i.e. those not in-place at the start of the season are not included. * County FA Cups: Will my first team always play in the County Cup? The County Cups are taken seriously by the majority of Level 7 and 8 clubs. As a result I decided to allow some clubs to always field their first teams. All Premier, Football League and Conference clubs with all other clubs with a starting reputation of 900 or above will field their reserve teams. Allowing the lower club first teams to compete increases competition and a vital source of income. Unfortunately the cups are not dynamic, so if you are the manager of Hungerford, for example, will always field their first team, even if you get them to the Premier League. If you are not interested in the County Cups I have provided a second download with these competitions disabled. * What is the rulebook? The editor is limited in what match and competition rules can be input. As an example, clubs in Levels 7 and 8 are only permitted to give a player a contract, known as League Forms, for one playing season only. I've reviewed the Isthmian, Southern and Northern League Handbooks and Rules and I have devised a simple rule book for gamers to follow (if they wish) to help make playing these leagues more realistic. The Rulebook PDF is combined within the file download. Thanks to: Nobby_McDonald for his help with testing the Beta file! Magicmastermind124 for all his assistance with the Advanced Editor ...and all those who've contributed by providing league and cup information...this file couldn't have been made without you! And Finally...Please Note: By downloading this file you agree to not re-release it or host it in its original form, or in any edited form, without first seeking and obtaining my express prior permission - this includes redistribution of this file in 'Megapacks'. Please PM me if you wish to discuss link the download to your site. jld123
Thoroughly enjoying this since downloading a few days ago. There's a tiny tiny data issue which may or may not have been done by you, Woodley Sports' record transfer was Liam Dickinson to Stockport for £2000, although Antoni Sarcevic was sold for an undisclosed fee which may have been more than that. Also, the pitch at Lambeth Grove is synthetic, though you may think twice about including that if it would affect any FA Cup fixtures. Just thought you might like to know in case you release another version or you could use this info if you are doing another mod for next years release. Do they usually play at Lambeth Grove for FA Cup games? Or do they play elsewhere?
