March 2nd: Accrington (A) Coca Cola League Two (35/46)

Accrington started the better and on the 18th minute we came close to losing the opening goal as Accrington broke clear into our area and fired towards goal but C.de Bruijn blocked the effort well. Six minutes later they had another chance as they again made it into the area with far too much ease and fired towards goal but this time G.Burgess was alert enough to save the ball. On the 36th minute we had our first chance as S.Stoehr curled the ball into the area but the Accrington keeper fisted the ball away. With three minutes remaining in the half we grabbed the opening goal as D.O’Toole ran through the Accrington defence to curl the ball round the outstretched arms of the keeper.

Half Time Score 0-1

I made one change to the team at the start of the half with J.Scottlee of Hesselink coming on for the very quiet A.Anymoredohnuts. Eight minutes into the half we grabbed the second goal of the game as D.O’Toole split the defence open with a great pass for J.Scottlee of Hesselink to fire in. On the 64th minute S.Saville had the chance to grab a goal with a long range effort which had the Accrington keeper scrambling along the line to save. Ten minutes later Accrington came close to pulling a goal back but make shift defender A.Marks slid in and cleared the ball. With four minutes remaining in the game we had our last chance with D.O’Toole heading just wide of the post from a S.Saville cross.

Post Match Review: After a slow start we got going and deserved the three points. For the love of god lads please try and keep this form up. The Man of the Match Award will be going to D.O’Toole who was an ever present danger up front

March 9th: Brentford (A) Coca Cola League Two (36/46)

Before the game the physio informed me that S.Carl Goatsburg is back in full training.

We started well and on the 8th minute we had the chance to take the lead as A.Anymoredohnuts barged through the defence to fire towards goal but his effort was well saved by the Brentford keeper. Nine minutes later though Brentford went into the lead as a long punt upfield was volleyed in past G.Burgess by P.Rajcomar. On the 23rd minute we had our next chance to score as C.Fantu crossed the ball deep into the area but A.Anymoredohnuts failed to connect with the ball. Three minutes later we grabbed the equaliser as S.Saville ran onto a pin point ball by C.Fantu to slip the ball under the Brentford keeper. On the 42nd minute Brentford had another chance to score with a powerful effort which had G.Burgess at full stretch to save.

Half Time Score 1-1

I made one change at the start of the half with F.F.Tikle-Wok coming on for the less than impressive D.O’Toole. On the 53rd minute we had our next chance as A.Anymoredohnuts barged through the defence but his effort went just wide of the post. Six minutes later I made another change as G.Bear came on for S.Saville. On the 72nd minute we had our next chance as Ishu hit the ball with venom towards goal but the Brentford defence managed to divert the ball wide of the post. Seven minutes later Brentford grabbed the lead as P.Rajcomar showed his skill to beat C.de Bruijn and wasted no time in slotting ball past the onrushing G.Burgess.

Post Match Review: We deserved more from the game in truth as we controlled the majority of it. With alittle bit more luck we would of won the game. The Man of the Match Award will be going to C.Fantu who pulled all the strings in midfield

March 16th: Hereford (H) Coca Cola League Two (37/46)

Hereford grabbed the first goal on the 5th minute as R.Brady beat T.Owens to a long ball to fire in under G.Burgess. However two minutes later we were back on level terms as D.O’Toole sprinted onto a S.Stoehr throughball to fire under the Hereford keeper. On the 19th minute we had another chance to score as C.Fantu crossed into the area for A.Anymoredohnuts who’s header went just wide of the post. Nine minutes later we Hereford had the chance to take the lead as there midfielder tried his luck from outside the area but G.Burgess reacted well to tip the ball over the crossbar. On the 33rd minute Hereford went into the lead as S.Gwynne beat my defence and rounded G.Burgess to slot home into the empty. However like the earlier goal there lead didn’t last long as on the 38th minute D.O’Toole headed in a C.Fantu cross.

Half Time Score 2-2

I made a couple of changes to the team at half time with L.Schnitzel and F.F.Tikle-Wok coming on for C.de Bruijn and A.Anymoredohnuts. The second half though compared to the first half was pretty dire in truth as both my team and the Hereford team struggled to get going. I made one change in the half as on the 64th minute S.Saville made way for G.Bear. The change had little effect and the game petered out much to the annoyance of both sets of fans

Hardly Athletic 2 D.O’Toole 7, 38

Post Match Review: A game of two halves as we played well in the first half and didn’t really turn up in the second. Come On Lads I know your better than this. The Man of the Match Award will be going to D.O’Toole who was the star of the show in the first 45 minutes

March 23rd: Port Vale (A) Coca Cola League Two (38/46)

We started as we ended in the last game as we did little to trouble the Vale side. On the 13th minute they had the first chance as they piled into the area but M.Kowalski was on hand to clear the ball. Nine minutes later Vale had another chance with a thunderous effort but H.Chaha saved well to deny them. On the 32nd minute Vale came close to grabbing the lead as they ran into the defence but yet again M.Kowalski slid in and stopped the attack. With eight minutes remaining in the half Vale grabbed the lead they deserved as T.Fraser hit home from just outside the area to give H.Chaha no chance of saving.

Half Time Score 1-0

During the interval I didn’t have to do a team talk as my Captain said enough for me. His words seemed to work as we battered the Vale team and on the 52nd minute we had the chance to score as D.O’Toole headed just wide of the post from a S.Stoehr cross. Eight minutes later we should have grabbed another goal as F.F.Tikle-Wok hit the ball just wide of the post. On the 67th minute I made a double change as A.Marks and A.Anymoredohnuts came on for C.Fantu and F.F.Tikle-Wok. Three minutes later we grabbed the equaliser as A.Marks hit a thunderous effort past the Vale keeper from 25 yards after making room for himself in the middle of the pitch. It got even better for us on the 72nd minute as S.Stoehr threaded the ball to the feet of D.O’Toole who wasted no time in lashing the ball past the Vale keeper. With four minutes left on the clock we had another chance as A.Anymoredohnuts fired into the keepers arms where an inch either way would of seen him score.

Post Match Review: Another game of two halves, the first half we were pathetic and the second half we were magnificent. The Man of the Match Award will be going to M.Kowalski who truly showed how a Captain should be on and off the pitch, Well Done sir

March 29th: Shrewsbury (H) Coca Cola League Two (39/46)

Shrewsbury came out with all guns blazing and on the 11th minute they had the first chance with a great team move which was thwarted by a thunderous tackle by M.Kowalski. Nine minutes later they had another chance with a powerful effort which saw H.Chaha acrobatically saving the ball. We were being battered and on the 31st Shrewsbury had another chance which saw them breaking into the area but yet again M.Kowalski slid in and cleared the ball. Just before the break we came close to losing a goal with a powerful effort but G.Spavlachenko blocked the effort.

Half Time Score 0-0

Four minutes into the half we took a shock lead as F.F.Tikle-Wok headed in from close range after the Shrewsbury keeper flapped at a C.Fantu cross. On the 58th minute Shrewsbury had yet another chance as they broke clear of the defence but H.Chaha reacted well to block the effort. Five minutes later I made a couple of changes as S.Saville and A.Anymoredohnuts came on for S.Stoehr and A.Anymoredohnuts. Shrewsbury continued to battered us and on the 77th minute they came close again with a slick move which saw M.Kowalski sliding in and clearing the ball.

Post Match Review: How we won this game I really don’t know. We were just pathetic and despite the three points I am far from happy. We should have been battered but luckily for us the Man of the Match M.Kowalski was on top form to save our bacon several times

April 1st: Darlington (A) Coca Cola League Two (40/46)

We got off to a poor start as on the 7th minute J.Colbeck cleared my defence with ease and fired under H.Chaha. However eleven minutes later we grabbed the equaliser as A.Marks curled in a great freekick from 20 yards after D.O’Toole was brought down on the way too goal. On the 29th minute we had another chance as S.Saville threaded the ball to the feet of F.F.Tikle-Wok who fired just wide of the post. With seven minutes remaining in the half we had another chance as A.Marks rattled the upright from outside the area.

Half Time Score 1-1

We began the half well and on the 52nd minute D.O’Toole came close with a curling effort but the Darlington keeper tipped the ball round the post. Twelve minutes later I was forced into a change as A.Anymoredohnuts came on for the injured F.F.Tikle-Wok. On the 77th minute we had another chance as A.Marks crossed into the area but S.Saville failed to connect with the ball. On the stroke of full time Darlington were reduced to ten men after R.Hargreaves was sent off for a second yellow card

Post Match Review: We deserved more in truth especially after the slow start we had. J.Scottlee of Hesselink will be out of action for only 5-8 days after bruising his thigh, we will also be without M.Kowalski for at least a couple of weeks with a tight hammy. The Man of the Match Award will be going to A.Marks who was dominant in midfield.

April 3rd: International news sees B.Arsenal captain Singapore in their 0-3 friendly loss against Uruguay. He played 57 minutes and earnt a rating of 6.7. However I wasn’t very happy as I only wanted B.Arsenal to play a maximum of 45 minutes due to him just coming back from injury

April 6th: Burton (H) Coca Cola League Two (41/46)

We began well and on the 6th minute we had the chance to open the scoring as F.F.Tikle-Wok headed in a G.Spavlachenko cross but before he had the chance to celebrate the referee ruled the goal out for a foul on the keeper. Ten minutes later we had another chance as Panpardus threaded the ball to the feet of D.O’Toole who fired wide of the post. On the 22nd minute we went a goal down as Burton counter attacked us and J.McGrath fired in under H.Chaha. Eight minutes later we came close to equalising as G.Spavlachenko ran from the halfway line and fired towards goal but the Burton keeper saved brilliantly to deny him. With five minutes remaining in the half F.F.Tikle-Wok fired in an unstoppable effort from outside the area after making room for himself.

Half Time Score 1-1

I made two changes to the team at half time with G.Bear and A.Anymoredohnuts coming on for S.Saville and D.O’Toole. On the 56th minute we had our next chance as M.Samedan crossed in for A.Anymoredohnuts who headed straight into the arms of the Burton keeper. Seven minutes later we had another chance as F.F.Tikle-Wok somehow managed to miss the goal from six yards after the defence went AWOL. On the 77th minute we nearly let Burton win the game as a slip in defence by S.Carl Goatsburg saw their attack running clear of defence but H.Chaha reacted well and saved the ball

Post Match Review: A very good performance and we deserved more than just a point. Keep up the good performances lads and lets get this play off spot secured. The Man of the Match Award will be going to G.Spavlachenko who was the star of the show with some great wing back work.

April 13th: Gillingham (A) Coca Cola League Two (42/46)

A great start saw us a goal up on the13th minute as F.F.Tikle-Wok showed some skill to beat his marker and fire a wonderful effort past the Gills keeper. Eight minutes later we were two goals up as F.F.Tikle-Wok again made it look easy as she skinned his marker and wasted no time in slotting home under the Gillingham keeper. Gillingham were struggling to cope with our front man and on the 29th minute he had another chance with a rasping effort which had the keeper scrambling along his line to tip round the post. With seven minutes remaining in the half we added a third goal as Panpardus played a one two with F.F.Tikle-Wok to dink the ball over the onrushing keeper.

Half Time Score 0-3

I made one change to the team at half time with A.Anymoredohnuts coming on for D.O’Toole. The second half though just wasn’t good enough as Gillingham came out and battered us. On the 56th minute Gillingham pulled a goal back as C.Samba headed in from under the crossbar after some poor defending from a corner. Twelve minutes later they made it 3-2 as C.Bond split the defence apart and rounded H.Chaha to fire into the empty net. On the 75th minute they had another chance to score with a rasping effort from 20 yards but H.Chaha was alert enough to save the ball. We just weren’t getting anything from Gillingham and deep into injury time Gillingham completed the comeback with C.Samba hitting a powerful effort in past H.Chaha to send the home fans wild.

Post Match Review: A brilliant first half performance and a pathetic second half. Lads to lose a three goal lead is unacceptable and I am far from happy. Your going to end up screwing this season if you don’t play the full ninety minutes. The Man of the Match Award will be going to the first half hero F.F.Tikle-Wok

Furious doesnt describe how I felt after that end performance

April 16th: Bury (H) Coca Cola League Two (43/46)

We started the better and on the 13th minute we had our first chance as Panpardus crossed into the area for F.F.Tikle-Wok who failed to connect with the ball properly. Eight minutes later we had another chance as D.O’Toole barged his way through the defence and fired towards goal but his effort went wide of the post. On the 25th minute we came close to grabbing the first goal as Panpardus ran through the middle of the pitch and fired towards goal but his effort was well saved by the Bury keeper. Six minutes later we grabbed the opening goal as D.O’Toole curled the ball past the outstretched arms of the Bury keeper. However on the 33rd minute we conceded a daft goal as S.Carl Goatsburg was beaten to an easy ball and M.Noble headed in from close range past H.Chaha. With a minute remaining in the half we had the chance to grab another goal as F.F.Tikle-Wok unleashed a thunderous effort towards goal but the Bury keeper tipped the ball onto the post.

Half Time Score 1-1

I made one change to the team at interval with Ishu coming on for M.Samedan. On the 53rd minute we had the chance to take the lead as C.de Bruijn ran in from the wing and hit a fierce effort towards goal but his effort was well saved again by the Bury keeper. Ten minutes later Bury had their next chance as they beat my defence with ease but H.Chaha reacted well and smothered the ball at the feet of the attacker. On the 72nd minute we retook the lead as Panpardus crossed into the area and S.Carl Goatsburg headed in from close range. Six minutes later Bury chance of a comeback were thwarted as D.Hofbauer was sent off for a rash challenge on L.Schnitzel. On the 89th minute we should have killed the game off as Panpardus threaded the ball to the feet of D.O’Toole who lashed the ball wide of the post.

Post Match Review: A very professional performance as we controlled much of the game. We need to keep this up lads. The physio has informed me that L.Schnitzel will be out of action for around 5-8 days after receiving a bruised thigh. The Man of the Match Award will be going to Panpardus who was brilliant in midfield and was at the heart of virtually all our forward play

April 20th: Exeter (A) Coca Cola League Two (44/46)

We again began the game well and on the 11th minute Panpardus had our first chance as he curled the ball towards the top corner of the Exeter goal but the keeper reacted well and saved the ball. Nine minutes later we had another chance with C.de Bruijn coming close from the corner of the area but his effort rattled the upright. With ten minutes remaining in the half we grabbed the lead as S.Saville hit a powerful into the top corner of the net.

Half Time Score 0-1

I made a couple of changes to the team at half time with A.Marks and A.Anymoredohnuts coming on for C.de Bruijn and F.F.Tikle-Wok. A minute into the half we grabbed the second goal as T.Owens headed in a S.Saville corner after D.O’Toole’s initial effort was well saved by the keeper. On the 59th minute we had our next chance as A.Anymoredohnuts barged through the defence but before he had the chance to shoot the Exeter keeper smothered the ball. Nine minutes later Exeter managed to pull a goal back as DJ Campbell fired in a thunderous effort from just inside the area after he made plenty of room for himself. On the 79th minute we came close to another goal with A.Marks crossing in for Panpardus who headed just wide of the post. With four minutes remaining in the game A.Anymoredohnuts came close with a curling effort which went just wide of the top corner

April 27th: Stockport (H) Coca Cola League Two (45/46)

We started well enough and on the 11th minute we were awarded a penalty after F.F.Tikle-Wok was brought down in the area by the Stockport defence, D.O’Toole stepped up for the penalty and fired towards goal but the Stockport keeper guessed right and saved the penalty. Ten minutes later we had another chance Panpardus hit the ball towards goal from the corner of the area but his effort didn’t curl enough and the ball went wide of the post. On the 26th minute we went a goal down as P.Thompson fired in between the legs of T.Owens and past H.Chaha. Six minutes later though we were back on level terms as D.O’Toole headed in from a C.de Bruijn cross. On the stroke of half time we had another chance as M.Samedan ran in from the wing and fired towards goal but his effort was again well saved by the Stockport keeper

Half Time Score 1-1

Twelve minutes into the half we went a goal down as some poor defending saw P.Thompson fire in under the body of H.Chaha. However on the hour we were back level again as D.O’Toole hit a wonderous effort past the diving Stockport keeper. On the 73rd minute I made a change as F.F.Tikle-Wok made way for A.Anymoredohnuts. Seven minutes later we had the next chance as S.Saville fired just wide of the post after making space for himself in the middle of the pitch. With a minute remaining in the game we grabbed all three points as C.de Bruijn crossed into the area for D.O’Toole to head in his hattrick.

Post Match Review: A good performance in truth but a few errors came in and cost us. However I am happy to announce that due to the win we have been guaranteed a place in the playoffs. The Man of the Match Award will be going to D.O’Toole who grabbed himself a hattrick and the match ball

May 11th: Chesterfield (A) Coca Cola League Two (46/46)

The final game of the season and we started well as on the 6th minute A.Anymoredohnuts came close with a rasping effort which went just wide of the post after beating the Chesterfield keeper. Nine minutes later we had another chance as J.Scottlee of Hesselink rattled the crossbar from ten yards out after making room for the shot. We were controlling the opening of the game and on the 24th minute we had another chance as Ishu hit towards goal from the edge of the area but the ball went just wide of the top corner. Seven minutes later we finally took the lead as J.Scottlee of Hesselink ran onto a G.Bear throughball to fire under the Chesterfield keeper. However on the 33rd minute Chesterfield grabbed the equaliser as E.Showunmi headed in past G.Burgess who reacted alittle too slowly for my liking and the linking of Captain M.Kowalski. Just before the break we had another chance as G.Spavlachenko crossed into the area and A.Anymoredohnuts headed straight into the arms of the keeper.

Half Time Score 1-1

I made one change to the team at half time as C.Fantu came on for M.Samedan. Nine minutes into the half Chesterfield took the lead as E.Showunmi fired with ease past G.Burgess. However the home crowds joy didn’t last too long as on the hour J.Scottlee of Hesselink fired in past the keeper. On the 75th minute we had the next chance to score as L.Schnitzel hit a vicious cross into the area but none of my players were in the area to slot home. On the stroke of full time the winning goal was scored as Dionisio fired in a thunderous effort past G.Burgess to give us a losing end to the season

Season Review: 2012/13

Goalkeepers:

Habte Chaha – GK: Apps 21 Goals 0 Conc 33 Ave.Rat 6.76

As requested you proved me wrong and had a good season. All you need to do is keep on improving and you will get regular football. Well done for taking the criticism and working on it

George Burgess – GK: Apps 24 Goals 0 Conc 30 Ave.Rat 6.72

Still the clubs number one keeper. Played very well throughout the season and you are proving to be nigh on irreplaceable. However next season you will be sharing your duties more with the other keepers.

Mark Wilson – GK: Apps 8 Goals 0 Conc 11 Ave.Rat 6.71

Cant really comment much on the season due to injury. Did well in the games you did play in. However due to H.Chaha’s increase in form you are now number three keeper in the rankings

Defenders:

Terry Owens - SW, DC: Apps 40 (1) Goals 1 Ave.Rat 6.88

Played very well for the majority of the season but did let yourself down with a few dodgy games. However all the great players in the world have a few off games so for you I can let you off. Stepped up into the Captains role when required and did yourself and the club proud when wearing the armband

Supat Carl Goatsburg - D RLC: Apps 28 (1) Goals 1 Ave.Rat 6.82

Again due to International commitments you played fewer games than the rest of the defence. You did however perform brilliantly when you did play and are showing the potential that the press have been crowing about. Keep this up sir.

Mike Kowalski - D RLC: Apps 34 (1) Goals 0 Ave.Rat 6.76

Mr Captain well done on another good season. You did what I asked of you and communicated a lot better with the team when we needed that little extra something on the pitch. Please make sure that when you aren’t playing you keep the support up within the team and make sure any frustrations you have are taken up with me

Luca Schnitzel - D RLC: Apps 37 (4) Goals 2 Ave.Rat 6.92

Your game has improved this season and have managed to cut out the majority of the errors that blighted your season last year. Just keep the improvements up and I will be a very happy gaffer

Ben Arsenal - D R: Apps 29 Goals 0 Ave.Rat 6.79

Another blank season without scoring but I am happy with your overall performances. Your wing play has improved vastly and you are creating a lot more goals for the rest of the team as well as defending when needed. Keep it up

Gavel Spavlachenko - D RL, M L: Apps 33 (4) Goals 0 Ave.Rat 6.92

You again performed well down the wings. However you still haven’t found the correct net and have scored quite a few own goals. Keep up the performance and find the correct net and I’ll be happy.

All you guys deserve praise for the way you played throughout the season.. and thankyou all for your continued support

Midfielders:

Chris de Bruijn - WB/AM L: Apps 38 (1) Goals 0 Ave.Rat 6.74

You seemed to struggle with move up in Leagues however over the past seasons you have been consistent so I’m not going to moan. The only thing to pick up on this season is that you didn’t find the net. Step up you game for next season

Steve Stoehr- DM, M C: Apps 24 (10) Goals 3 Ave.Rat 6.88

The physio has seen more of you than me. Get yourself fit this pre season and lets see if we can you playing more. When you did play though you didn’t let the side down and grabbed yourself three goals for the season which is an improvement on the blank you drew up last season

Stuart Saville - DM, AM C: Apps 21 (9) Goals 2 Ave.Rat 6.89

Another player who seemed to struggle to with the step up. However you did enough to make me happy for the season. Please ensure you improve for next season.

Ashley Marks - M RLC: Apps 35 (7) Goals 5 Ave.Rat 6.89

Well done sir, you played very well throughout the season and Captained the side well when needed . You played a lot more this season and showed me why you are threat to M.Kowalski to take the armband full time, again well done sir

Marc Samedan - M R: Apps 22 (3) Goals 0 Ave.Rat 6.68

An improvement on the last couple of season and showed me what you can do when you put your mind to it. Despite not scoring you did cause some trouble down the wings. Keep improving Marc

Ishu - AM R: Apps 23 (3) Goals 0 Ave.Rat 6.74

Like Marc you did improve alittle and played alittle better, however I need you to improve a lot more if you want to say in the squad.

Chester Fantu - AM RC: Apps 25 (8) Goals 5 Ave.Rat 6.92

Was limited to games this season due to your international commitments. I was very impressed when you did play and you showed me what you can do. Keep this up Chester and I’ll be very happy.

Gennaro Bear - AM C: Apps 14 (9) Goals 1 Ave.Rat 6.83

Didn’t play you as much as I should have. When you did play though you didn’t let me down and caused the opposition a lot of trouble. You still need to find the net a lot more than what you are doing.

Panpardus - AM C: Apps 21 (3) Goals 4 Ave.Rat 6.87

You played well again throughout the season and never really let the team down. The only downer for me was the amount of S.Stoehr type moaning you did when you wasn’t playing, apart from that keep up the great football

Attackers:

Arthur Anymoredohnuts - F C: Apps 17 (14) Goals 6 Ave.Rat 6.69

Your general play improved from last season and despite not playing that much still did the job whilst you was on the pitch. I want you to improve more next season and show the other strikers in the club what your made of

Fling-Flong Tikle-Wok - F C: Apps 23 (15) Goals 13 Ave.Rat 6.86

Again showed why you were the number two striker in the club. Grabbed yourself a good number of goals but you know you can do a lot more. Next season I want to see this

Danny O'Toole - F C: Apps 47 (1) Goals 30 Ave.Rat 7.09

An average season in truth for you. You may be the clubs top scorer yet again but this doesn’t mean you can start getting lazy. Next season is going to be harder as we step up the League ladder and I want you to make sure you also take that step up

James Scottlee of Hesselink – ST: Apps 19 (8) Goals 7 Ave.Rat 6.70

Another player who struggled with the step up. Fair enough you didn’t play as much as you did last season but when you do play I need you on the ball straight away.

Tenthree - I thank you for your avid support of this story and appreciate your comments as always.

Ash - Its an unfortunate injury for the Vice Captain but I'm sure you'll come back fighting

August 10th: Swindon (H) Coca Cola League One (1/46)

Swindon came out the blocks the better and on the 7th minute they had the chance to open the scoring as they broke down the wing and crossed into the area but L.Schnitzel headed the ball clear. Eight minutes later they had another chance to score with a powerful effort which had H.Chaha tipping the ball around the post to deny the attacker. On the 23rd minute Swindon had yet another chance to score as my defence failed to deal with an easy ball but L.Schnitzel again got back in time and cleared the ball. Just before the half hour we finally had our first chance as S.Stoehr threaded the ball to the feet of D.O’Toole who fired just wide of the post. On the 44th minute we had another chance to score as A.Anymoredohnuts curled the ball towards goal but the Swindon keeper brilliantly saved.

Half Time Score 0-0

I made one change at the interval with G.Bear coming on for S.Saville. Five minutes into the half Swindon grabbed the lead as T.Wright looped a header over H.Chaha after the team failed to deal with an easy cross. On the 59th minute we had the chance to score as D.O’Toole threaded the ball to the feet of A.Anymoredohnuts who’s powerful effort was well saved by the Swindon keeper. Ten minutes later Swindon broke towards goal but L.Schnitzel again slid in and cleared the ball. With twelve minutes remaining in the game we had another chance to score as C.de Bruijn fired across the goal but there was noone in the area to divert the ball into the net

Post Match Review: A good performance lads as we weren’t overpowered by the Swindon team. With a little more luck we would of grabbed at least a point. The Man of the Match Award will be going to L.Schnitzel who was dominant in defence and down the wing
