ForeverSober
Does anyone know how to manage the San Marino national team on FM10? I've always wanted to do it but it never gives me the option to, even when I load every single league? Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong or what I should do? Thanks. SCIAG
You need there to be a reasonable numer of Sammarinese players. Try loading them all, then load all Italian leagues. If need be, holiday forward a few seasons so more Sammarinese players are generated.
ForeverSober
They have six players in their squad when I load every league. But why is it that nations like American Samoa or Cook Islands have a squad full of players that play for domestic teams in American Samoa and Cook Islands respectively? Why is it not the same with San Marino?
afced7
Do as SCAIG said. Load all the Sammarinese players. I loaded the EPL only, and all players from San Marino, and i could manage them
ForeverSober
How do you load players from certain countries mate?
afced7
When setting up the game, choose custom database, then load all players of nationality San Marino

sheeshy
I took them to the World Cup Final once. It was epic.
aderow
I took them to the World Cup Final once. It was epic. If this was to happen in real life, you would be named king of all of san marino
Gentleman
Wasn`t there once a 'challenge' from either dafuge or someone else to win the world cup with San Marino?
AcidBurn
Wasn`t there once a 'challenge' from either dafuge or someone else to win the world cup with San Marino? It was to win the World Cup with them and take the San Marino based club to champions league glory.
Paulo1985
it was a double challange to take the San marino team based in Italy all the way up the leagues and also to win the world cup with the national team. Edit: Beaten to it!
aaron1606
I once beat Poland away from home 2-0. Andy Selva (absolute god!) scored a 35 yard free kick. In the same group, we twice took the lead over the Czech Republic - lost 4-2 eventually though. By the time I finished that save, was 101st in the world. On another note, once I saw San Marino beat Italy 2-1 in a world cup qualifier in something like 2013, sat there literally gobsmacked!
llDracoll
I think that loading Serie C2 from the Calcio also works San Marino got many regens in my save, though obviously all were crap (Even more than 99% of real-life players) Oh, and there's another requirement. You have to be crazy to manage San Marino XD
lee50_11
on my save in 2027 the san morino national team seem to be playing the greted out players rather than picking regens their u21 & u19 squads are full, the grey players are better but they are still getting thumped 5-
Magicz
I've just started my first San Marino save and I got beat 3-0 by Slovenia and the fans said that they were "delighted by the result" what the hell!? I'm definitely using them on FM
SCIAG
The challenge was Ter's.
Regy
I've managed San Marino on 08, 09, 10. So far my best achievement was getting them to 61st in the world rankings, without getting to an actual tournament. Best I did on that front was the play-offs for the World Cup. Best result away to Russia 3-2. Worst result, 9-0 home to Brazil. The highs and lows of San Marinese Management.
warkill
I'm gonna try San Marino soon then! I always played American Samoa, but winning is very very very hard...
james170288
Quite intrigued by the nationla team and club team challenge. What is the name of the san marino based club?
La Furia Roja
lol, its named San Marino the club challenge is alot easier this year, you can get to Serie B easily with back to back promotions, when i stopped in was in December in Serie B and was top, the national challenge is alot harder
sheeshy
If this was to happen in real life, you would be named king of all of san marino Who said it wasn't real life?
