You don't want his CA to be too good or he will just get nicked, but decent PA and low CA might work. Galosi is ok at sticking the ball in the net, but not much good at keeping it out. They are all GK's who came through the intake in recent years with decent-good PA. Any of them in contention? Also, if a player leaves you, are you allowing yourself to re-sign them? In my own save as GMFF (amateur Swedish team) I found a lot less player poaching when their squad status was either first team or key player. My first season I ignored it and lost a fair few kids but into the second season and the players getting game time are set at least as rotation.
