I *think* options 4 and 5 don't work all that well. Under 21 teams usually play in leagues with a very low reputation, so game time won't be seen as being at a "competitive" level. I might be very wrong here, but I think I remember reading somewhere that game time in the U-18's is worth more for their development than the U-21's? Either way, if you put him in the U-21's and make him available for the U-18's, he's going to miss out on valuable training time due to schedules not alligning. I'd probably look for a way to force him into a playing position in the second squad!

Brownlie looks like an absolutely world class talent! And, knowing full well I'm a season late, Fraher might just be a good fit for a wingback in your tactic?

Did you manually replace your coaches yet? I feel like you're missing out a bit by having that delegated. Not that alone would explain something as extreme as Villanueva, but still.

I've been following along steadily for a while, as I have with some of your earlier topics, but I don't think I've ever actually commented Arthurs looks class! I'd be looking to retrain him to a central midfielder as he'd fit the Mezalla role pretty well, but I suppose you're going to use him as a striker?

I think the game may find that there are too many u21 coaches and too few first team coaches and automatically sets two of them as first team coaches? Regarding Didden: I totally understand that it's a bit early to adjust him too much, but we disagree on him here. Imo he's deceptively fast and good on the ball, often finding a press breaking pass. But again, from a researcher perspective I see why his performances haven't warranted an upgrade (yet! ;)).
