In FM13, I used to score headers quite a lot of times, even with players which were no giants in jumping. Currently in FM15, I manage a team with a striker who is almost 2m and some quite tall CDs, yet I am still waiting for a header. Had my instructions to "float crosses" first, but abandoned the tactic after a while, as it did not seem to make any difference.
