  1. End March - early April. Will be database update, no Match Engine.
  2. This one does not take account only one match. But I can understand that seems off, from the other hand does not impact something (at least key things).
  3. You can try the demo and decide. https://www.footballmanager.com/demo
  4. Thank you for the correction. Didn't know it. Maybe this one need correction in database as well?
  5. For next versions of the game, I would like to see some more logical behaviour regarding traveling - availability of training. For example, pre-season and I am playing a friendly in Australia with a Greek team. ==== The flight time is around 20+ hours from Greece to Australia, so it doesn't make sense to have training in the day with travel as well as at the returning as well.
  6. Championship. Premier League becomes easy with all that money.
  7. Match Engine is the same for AI vs AI, AI vs human and human vs human, no matter if it's online or not.
  8. Can someone put this thread in Hall of Fame, please?
  9. IMHO, delegating transfers (in & out) to any background staff it is terrible bad idea, but I can understand why someone wants to play the game in this way. That's why I mentioned UX (and not UI as @Kickballz said). I hope FM25 will see a different playgame for this one!
  10. Loan Manager and loans in general is a complex one, and you need to setup correctly to work. That is because the UX is not friendly and need a whole revamp IMHO. 1st Step: 2nd Step: 3rd Step (this is tricky one): 4th Step: - You have to place someone in Development List in order DoF & Loan Manager to offer players in Loan. If and offer come and meet the minimum specifications of the 2nd step settings, then will be accepted. Otherwise, will be rejected. The 3rd step is the risky one, because the DoF (or any background staff) will try to sell or terminate contracts by itself; and not only Loan.
  11. From the manual: How can I improve my players’ attributes and ability? A player’s development is an inexact science but there are plenty of ways you can improve your chances of helping their progress: - Improved coaching staff The better the coach, the more impactful their attributes are on improving a player. In general, the better the coaching attribute, the more effective it is on the player’s attribute development. - Improved training facilities The standard of training facilities has an impact on determining the chances of a player’s attributes developing, how close to their potential they can get, and how likely they are to continue developing overall. Better facilities encourage a greater chance of a player realising their true potential.. It can also have the knock-on effect of helping the coaching staff develop, too. - Playing time A player with greater exposure to meaningful playing time will develop better than someone who isn’t playing quite as often. Playing first-team minutes is more valuable than playing reserve or youth team football, and a young player who stagnates from their teenage years into their 20s without starting to play regular football stands a higher chance of not being able to reach their potential. - Training A player develops most through day-to-day training; their overall development is affected by the quality of the facilities and coaches, the teammates they are training with, the appropriateness of the schedules given, whether they train with the first team or any of the club’s sub-teams, and whether they are tasked with additional individual work outside of the team’s sessions. The more of these that are met to as high a standard as possible, the quicker a player develops towards full potential. - Mentoring Young players can develop by working closely, during training, with a more experienced teammate or teammates within their squad. Their mental attributes and Player Traits are the only areas affected, and the entire concept is detailed more in the Training section of the manual. ==== Players with high Professionalism, Ambition and Determination have higher chance to reach PA.
  12. When someone does not have a good day; it's not his house to speak like that.
  13. Dealing with happiness and morale is easy if you know how to handle it. You need to learn it fast, otherwise, you will be frustrated a lot (and fast).
  14. Lamine Yamal Endrick Gavi Ansu Fati Evan Ferguson Mikey Moore Estevao Vitor Roque
  15. Don't know if it's new to FM24 or it was there in previous versions, but I have noticed that you can actually see the best youth academies via World > Club and rank them by stars. Contains Youth Facilities, Youth Recruitment and Junior Coaching. So, no need for Pre-Game Editor to rank them (or any third-party app). Nice!
  16. Check default Gegenpress training and see what attributes train. You will get some answers! IMHO, the golden attributes, no matter what style is: Acceleration Pace Natural Fitness Stamina Anticipation Concentration Decisions Determination Teamwork Work Rate Dribbling First Touch Pressure (hidden) Professionalism (hidden, by easily judge by personality and media handling style)
  17. For example, his hidden attribute "Attacking" means will use more attacking mentality (closer to 20) or less (closer to 1). Check other AI managers, like Klopp / Pep to get an idea.
  18. Penalty attribute alone does not tell the whole story. It's always combination of attributes and momentum during the game (morale, moment of penalty etc).
  19. You are asking about how to do it?
  20. Bring your issues in Bug Tracker with examples. It's the only way to convince the X developer that something is not working.
  21. The target (scoring of 10 goals) with playing time is something different. You can ignore it and best remedy is win matches; then you will receive an inbox that X player have put away any issues.
  22. Nice! If this isn't fixed in next update (they said end of March - start of April), then you can do it via Pre-Game Editor.
