I've set my responsibilities so that my loan manager takes care of loans for young players. The problem is, that he rejects most offers, even if I negotiated and accepted them, for less potential players and basically accepts all 0% wage / 0€ loan fee offers for higher potential players. Is there anything I'm missing? Any instructions I could give my loan manager to at least only accept bids with a certain wage percentage and loan fee? What I want is my loan manager to accept more loan offers from lower league teams and, since almost every loan offer comes with 0% wage and 0€ fee, to negotiate loan offers from higher league teams. At this moment I feel like he is completely useless, most of my 18-21 year old players remain at my club because he rejects all the offers from lower leagues. And if he accepts an offer, than it is basically a free transfer.

So I went on holiday for a season and am now in May, checking what my scouts found during the season. One of my scouts found a player in an ongoing wonderkid recruitment focus and judged him to be a near miss because his "asking price being above his market value" Question 1: Why is his asking price even relevant? Question 2: Why is this player, although he has been fully scouted, not listed under Players -> Scouted Players? Question 3: If I add columns for Asking Price and min/max asking price due to scout's opinion, the price actually fits the market value. Why was he a near match then? Question 4: How are you supposed to track near match players if you go on holiday? The completed recruitment focusses area only shows results from up to six months ago. So if you go on holiday for a season, you will never know which players were near matches and why. Question 5: Is this supposed to be like this? If so, are there any workarounds for a) my scouts ignore asking prices and b) the game to show fully scouted near matches under scouted players?

Just downloaded your 2-3 tactics and training schedules, which schedule do you use for your U23/II/B-Team? Simply the youth ones? Also for scouting, which attributes are you looking for mostly to find players that fit the tactic?

I have three tactics in my main team, two attacking ones and on to close out games. My II-team now chose this tactic as its main tactic and gets smashed in every game. I can't get them to use one of the other tactics, I tried to delegate training and choose the correct tactic via dev centre in tactics and training but they keep using the wrong on in their games. I've had this a couple of times, the II-team eventually chose the right tactic after a couple of weeks, but surely there's got to be a workaround for this.

How did Jota and Nunez both have the same amount of starts? Did you move Nunez to the wing?
