It's not my kind of 4-3-3, but it could obviously still work. It also goes against some of the advice on the midfield trio from @Johnny Ace. In this case I would swith the DLP from defend duty to support duty. Firstly to make the trio play closer together. Secondly to up his mentality and ping some more creative balls to your three runners (MEZa, IFa and AF).

Thank you very much. Normally I would go with a midfield trio of one defensive duty, one support duty and one attacking duty. This thread made me look at it differently. Thank you for that. That seems like a quality setup. I like having both wingbacks up high as they hold the width a tad better in the final third compared to wingers. Also, I get so happy seeing tactics with not a lot of TI's.

I like the football it has been producing. I especially like the APa. I was really in doubt as to whether I should go with the APa or a MEZa. So far I'm happy with my decision.

I've switched to the 4-3-3 DM Wide for the last five games. I still have my 5-2-2-1 DM AM, and I will probably use that for games when the opponent will play with two strikers up front. The 0-2 defeat was away to AC Milan in the Champions League, so nothing to really worry about even though I was played out of the park in that game. This is the setup I have chosen to go with for now. I might experiment later on with a different setup, but for now this is the way forward for me.

Are those players injury prone? How about their natural fitness? I don't know for sure if that have any influence on injuries, but it might.

Simple, yet beautiful. I've been running a 5-2-2-1 DM AM formation with my Vojvodina team in Serbia, which is working like a charm and I'm enjoying the football that has been produced using that shape. I've been thinking about having a backup formation for some time as I'm, according to the data hub, having more trouble against the 4-3-3 DM. I'm facing that shape 24% of the time (1.142 minutes) and in that time, I'm a +7 in chance creation. I'm conceding a chance on a much higher rate against that compared to against the 4-2-3-1 DM. Maybe a simple 4-3-3 DM as an alternative would do the trick.

You could even go with a FBs on the left for even more defensive stability.

What a season. Hopefully, you won't hit a plateau and will keep on climbing. It certainly looks promising with the big win against AZ.

It’s just a quality skin if you want to dig deeper than just attributes.

Is Kofod good enough in front of goal to be one of your primary goal scorers? I might remember his attributes wrong, but I might find another role/duty for him.

I would not hestitate to switch your FBs to a WBs as you need someone to hold the width on the left with the IFs supporting the striker.

I like this setup. I would probably change the left fullback to a WBs as you have some cover with the CAR in front of him. Also, I like my forwards to do differentiere things. I would have one AF and perhaps a PFa alongside him.

I don’t like using a SS behind two strikers, who both are looking to score goals rather than create. I would either: a) switch the CAM to a supporting role or b) switch one of the strikers to a support duty.

I'm pretty happy with the options available. Of course you can't recreate everything going on in real life. Some stuff will just overwhelm the opposition and the AI. Even with the current options, you can overwhelm the AI.

I'm Danish so I can understand some of your team instructions, but if you want help from a broader audience, you should probably put up a screenshot in English. I do believe that you are pressing high and that might be why he's not having that many runs and sprints. There's simply not space for him to run into. A solution could be to drop into a mid block thus creating space behind your opponents backline.

I really like these filters for your recruitments. Is it too much to ask for how you have set it up for other positions than central defenders and attackers? Cheers.
