    It shows for me when a player is underpaid usually, like a youth prospect braking to the first team and getting 1.2K a week and his teammates getting like 150K, so his agent will moan about it and there will be an option to talk to the player and convince him to sack the agent. 99% of the time I was successful.

    Every time an agent moans about his player's low contract you can just convince the player easily to sack him. No way that's realistic in any way...Why is this feature still in the game if it's totally broken?

    Also, you can get affiliate clubs to provide you with some foreign talent. I am playing as a big club with tons of money I get some in South America and Europe to get some players.

    Finance and debt is meaningless in this game and should not effect you much.

    I have seen it with older players too. It blows my mind that a rotation player or a youngster who is not getting minuted is moaning about getting minutes, And I am not talking about 2 minutes or so, I am talking about 25 minutes or more.

    LOL. Jude Bellingham was not a millionaire, he was a 17 years old boy from Birmingham with a crap salary and he chose less money for more game time and development.

    Last year my game started lagging and getting slow loading times after 10 seasons or so, this version with approximately the same DB my game started to slow down at the end of the 3rd season. I am in the 5th season and it's insufferable, takes me almost an hour of loading times to finish one month. I think this version got some serious optimization issues.

    Jude Bellingham turned down Man United to sign for Dortmund for less money and worse league for development purpose. So did Haaland.

    I usually sell old players before their value is tanked or it's not worth it for nobody because of their wage demands, Unless they got some great personality like model citizen. Ill stick with them until the bitter end for tutoring purposes.

    That's just my opinion but I think that high price tags just means the player is not for sale. I do it too. Currently Jadon Sancho is one of my best players and he is definitely not for sale, but if some teams are willing to give me more than 180 million, I'll sell him. And in my current save I did get some great players for ok prices, and none of them were transfer listed or in the last year of contract: Mind you, the prices are in US Dollars and not pounds, so 105 million USD is like 87 million pounds

    Give them a new contract every year for at least 3-4 years. That's the only way I found to keep your best player as a small team,

    Promises in this game are totally broken. Don't ever promise anything vague. Things like, offer a new contract or win this trophy or anything like that is fine, the rest are just doomed for failure.

    For me, certain players getting tons of yellow cards, like Casemiro. This guy had the worst discipline I have ever seen in FM.

    I noticed that too. Last year I loaded up 125K players or so and the game started to slow down after like 10 seasons. In this version I got 125K players too and I am on season 4 and it's slow like hell,

    I have but I don't remember specifics. I bet I can find some more, and I was told it's a known bug and that SI is working on it.

    Let them train till the age of 18, and after that give them some game time and tutor them with some professional personality players. If you cant try to loan them to a club that will give them lots of it.

    Determination doesn't matter anyway. With some tutoring it will improve drastically tho. EDIT: By the way, starting atributes are nice but if the player got enoght potential and an OK personality, thats more important, look at him: 3 years ago his starting attributes were really, terrible. Now he is 19 and looks like a fine prospect and he still got lots of room to grow, according to my staff at least.
