I think the wage contributions are 50% of all possible bonuses per week. So for that player it would be (130+25+10)/2 = 82.5. Rounded up to 85. So if you have 10 players with those bonuses it would be £850, even if only a few of them play.

Personally, I only use it if I don't have a clear captain. But at that point I usually take the team leader with the highest leadership to bump it up. I personally don't think it's a good idea to take training time away from young players to get them up from very low to medium.

I love this and will follow the results here with much interest! Especially the part of different favoured persons, since it might mean my "ignore actual abilities and focus on personality/media handling" for all staff members might be proven to be a good idea (or not, as it were).

What GPU do you have? If it's nvidia you can check the nvidia control panel to check if there has been some settings changed, or just use nvidia experience. If you use something else, I'm not very familiar with it. Alright I think I've gotten the maximum value out of this. Both players will leave at the end of the season (when their contracts expire) for loads of cash! And I avoided selling them to the absolute top tier clubs in order for them to bring in more money on a future transfer, at least I hope so.

XaW - Amsterdamsche FC- Season 2031/32 - Eredivisie Squad | Transfers | Finances Now we are getting somewhere! Qualified for Europe from a league place directly. But also, Ajax.... bloody Ajax, man... I'm looking forward to moving into the new stadium this summer, as it should continue to increase the profits and make it easier to get facility improvements accepted. KNVB Beker: We beat Utrecht, Heracles, Twente, and ADO Den Haag to reach the final, there we faced the titan Ajax (I know he is a hero not a titan, mythology geeks! ). They crushed us and swiped the trophy. Europa Conference League: We beat Gap Connah's Quay of Wales, Glentoran of Northern Ireland, and Braga of Portugal to reach the group stage. There we drew APOEL of Cyprus, Maribor of Slovenia, and AIK of Sweden. We won all matches and finished top of the group. Then we beat KRC Genk of Belgium before we lost to Real Betis of Spain in the quarter final. A good run for our first ever outing there. I haven't done this in a while, so here is a presentation of the first team: GK: Guillermo Meier 28e - I only have one problem with him, his contract runs out in a year and he refuses to talk about a new one, so I might have to sell him this summer, but I don't think Lorenzo Grootoonk 32e is ready to take over yet. RB: Bob Johnstone 29d - Mr Reliable on the right back, almost never has a bad game. DC: Kay Gjorgjievski 27f - Such an amazing player! And also only a year left on his deal, another I might have to sell this summer. If he leaves young Mitch Swinkels 31c are the next in line. DC: Gerrie Quaedvlieg 28d - Plays 2nd fiddle in the defense, but a very good defender. LB: Herman Oscarsson 29c - Just recently became first choice ahead of Geruluit van den Brink 27e, though they are similar in ability. DM: Bram van Dijk 26b - One of the most experience players in the side, and works excellently as a deeper playmaker type. MC: Mădălin Sava 30b - The attacking of the midfielders, and really is turning into an excellent player. MC: Romain van der Dussen 32a - A recent addition to the side, but if you are good enough, you are old enough! AMR: Erwin de Boer 29j - He really wasn't someone either the coaches or myself rated when he got in, but his development has been great. AML: Thijmen Hoekstra 31b - I really like how he plays. Ideally he would be a bit quicker, but he makes it work. SC: Mohamed El Amrani 28c - My best striker by far, but he really does not want to unlearn the "Plays with back to goal" trait I've been trying to get off him for a few seasons now as I still want him to threaten more along the last line. No I haven't, but since I only touched the 4th tier and below (with newly created leagues), I doubt they should crash. I can't say for sure though, so if you do, please holiday it for a number of seasons before committing to a save. And please let me (and others) know if you do.

Not amazing, but good enough. Probably not good enough to play for the team I had, but he did. I had a look back and found some screenshots. And this is the final screenshot since I won the CL with a youth only side that season and the save kind of fizzled away after that. Looking at the screenshots he was actually far better than I remembered him as...

My only one I got in FM19, and he was part of my CL winning Kettering side... still think about him now and again....

This time we finished 7th and went into the European playoffs again. There we beat Sparta Rotterdam and then Groningen to qualify for the Europa Conference League next season! The stadium is finally started and will hopefully be done after the next season. KNVB Beker: We beat Lisse, Katwijk, and Go Ahead Eagles before we lost to Groningen in the quarter final. NxGn 2031 update: Guillermo Meier 28e is in 2nd. He is our main goalkeeper and is now up to 26 goals for us. I have a contract for 2 more years, but he refuses to talk abut a new one... Mădălin Sava 30b is the newest addition to our list of talents at the 4th spot. Insanely rounded for a 16 year old. Kay Gjorgjievski 27f is on the list again, this time on 21st. Still won't talk about a new contract though. Rounding up the list for us is last years winner Mohamed El Amrani 28c. Now up to 4 caps for Morocco.

Yeah, had a couple of consortiums and loads of local businessmen and directors, even a couple of fans trusts, but no tycoons.

Ajax is unreachable at the moment, as they have won the league every season since 2018/19, so a Bayern-esque dominance here. Will be hard to break, but I'm very happy. We finished in a strong 8th place and reached the playoff for the European spots. In the semi final we narrowly lost to RKC Waalwijk after two legs. We are building a new stadium at some point in the future. It's needed, since we are filling our 4,885 capacity just about every match. KNVB Beker: We beat NAC, OFC, and AZ before we lost to Feyenoord in the quarter final. Youth intake: Trophy cabinet N/A

3 players in the NxGn! Mohamed El Amrani 28c just got capped by Morocco, and actually was 1st! My goalkeeper Guillermo Meier 28e was 13th. I am trying to get him to score goals and so far he has scored 17 for us. He is also the "new Edwin van der Sar"! I actually rate Kay Gjorgjievski 27f as the best, but he got 19th.

No worries though, I got the offer to cancel or approve of the deal when it was agreed!

I just had a takeover and they are buying some players... I'll see if I can stop it, but if not I'll sell them asap...

XaW - Amsterdamsche FC- Season 2028/29 - Keuken Kampioen Divisie Squad | Transfers | Finances After the great improvement last season, we continued the good trend this season. We hang around the top 5 spots for the whole season, and even had a short stint at the top. We qualified for the playoffs after we won the 3rd period, even if we would have eventually qualified for the playoffs from the league position after the final day. So onto the playoffs. First we beat Roda after going behind in the away leg, then we comfortably beat Telstar in the 2nd round. Finally we beat NAC, who finished 3rd last in the Eredivisie after drawing the away leg 3-3 before winning 3-1 at home. This means we are going up into the top tier next season! KNVB Beker: We beat Sparta Nijerk before we lost to Vitesse (AGAIN!) in the 2nd round. Youth intake: Trophy cabinet N/A
