  6. Thanks for the feedback. I've taken a look at the save game that you have kindly uploaded. In the example of Trent, it appears he wanted a new deal on the 3rd November 2019 and Gomez wanted a new contract wanted a new contract from the 28th October 2019. Do you have a save game available from just before the 28th October? If so would you be able to upload the save game and we will be able to step through and find out why these players have requested new deals. Cheers, Ben
  7. You will only have the option to defer your acceptance until the summer when you are into the 2nd half of the season. The issue where Serie A managers are allowed to move between clubs during the season is something that is being looked into. Cheers, Ben
  8. This sounds like an example we would like to take a closer look at. If you have a save game from just before an offer is made which you feel is incorrectly unsettling a player then could you please upload the save game to our cloud service. Details can be found below.
  9. Thanks kelmi55, The issue causing the problem was present in saves started in the PRB and a potential fix for this is being worked on currently. @Romanista. can you confirm if the save game you are experiencing this issue in was started on the PRB? Cheers, Ben
  10. Unfortunately any save game that had been created with this bug will still have this issue present. We do not have a way to rectify the problem for save games that had been started with this issue present. Only newly created save games in 19.2.3 will not have this issue.   12. To say nothing has changed for the areas you mention is incorrect. There are multiple examples of AI decision making on the areas you mention above that are logged for the development team internally every year, staff at SI spend a massive amount of their time trying to balance this area of the game.. It is a constant process of improvement and tweaking, the system is very complex and so many factors go into the decision making of transfers and contracts. There will always be examples of bad decision making by the AI in these areas, just as there are multiple examples of such decisions as there are in real life, thats not to say that examples of such problems aren't worth us looking into, but a poor decision by the AI is not always necessarily due to a bug. When we tell users that an example has been logged and is being looked into by the development team, this is in't something we are lying about. Any save game that is uploaded is logged in our bug database in either a new defect or an existing defect of the issue, the development team will then look at these issues and make changes they see fit. As always if you think you have encountered an issue which you believe should be looked into please start a thread and provide information and we will be able to look into this further. Cheers, Ben
