Unable to set other staff to manage U21 and U18 friendlies

The issue has seemed to have solved itself the next time I loaded up the game. Not entirely sure what happened but it seems to be fine now. -
I have no option to delegate these to other staff members. It sets me as controlling these despite having U21 and U18 managers.
