Unable to set other staff to manage U21 and U18 friendlies

Thanks for the feedback, i'm seeing this behaviour when I load up your save game. With the responsibility assigned away from you. 

Did you set responsibilities away from you when creating manager profile? 

The issue has seemed to have solved itself the next time I loaded up the game. Not entirely sure what happened but it seems to be fine now.
