Playing as Aston Villa, I’m in November of Season 1. I’d sure appreciate it if one of you boffins could run your eye over these

GK – Friedel

RB – Luke Young

LB – Shorey/Bouma (got Joe Mattock joining in Jan)

CB – Two from Cuellar/Laursen/Davies

CMd – Veloso

CMa – Barry

RM – Milner

LM – Ashley Young

TM – Carew/ Pogrebnyak

FS – Agbonlahor or Bogdan Stancu

I’ve already decided that Shorey must go – he’s far too weak and is easily knocked off the ball.

I'm in my 6th season with Celtic and Man U have just sacked Rijkaard. I was immediately linked with the job and told the press I wanted it, applied and they offered me a 2 year contract starting immediately. I negotiated the offer and I take over after the spl season finishes so thought I'd post my future man u side on here to see where ppl think I need to strengthen.

I would say around 9/10. I would look to sign another MCd to replace Diarra, who I don't rate tbh. Have a look at Miguel Veloso, or Lassana Diarra.

You have a very good midfield and attack, but your defence looks very weak imo. I would get a new RB, maybe Mickael Chrieten? Also, a new CB. Your CB are all solid, but none of world class. Have a look at Mirel Radoi. Saying that, you should be able to get UEFA Cup football with that team. 7/10.

A very good team. But I would start Fellaini, who is exceptional, and should play instead of De La Red. Also Diarra is wasted at RB, as he is one of the best DM's in the game imo. A Very good team though, 8/10

A very solid Sunderland team. You should easily get mid-table obscurity, or even scrap UEFA Cup qualification. I would look to replace Smertin or Tainio though, as they are not Premiership standard imo. 7/10.

Midway through my first season with leeds united so rate in regards to league one.

GK - Asmir Begovic

DL - Taijo Teniste

DC - Lubomir Michilak

DC - John Goossens (retrained from left back)

DR - Stephen Carr

ML - Andy Robinson

MC - David Prutton

MC - Neil Kilkenny

MR - Fabian Delph

ST - James Mcfadden

ST - Robbie Fowler

as you can see I've mainly concentrated on improving the defense and attack in preparation (and hope) for promotion to the championship.

Does anyone think this team is capable of performing in the championship?

How did you manage to get McFadden to Leeds?

Your team look solid but maybe a new striker to replace Fowler as he has no pace. Begovic I can testify does well in the Championship! Also maybe a new RM as in my experience Delph can be inconsistent whilst he is still young but just someone to rotate him with.

I'd give your team 7/10, If you play your cards right could get a playoff position but think you need a couple of seasons in the Championship to build your team more and then play for promotion!

Second Season Spurs

---------- Asenjo

Diarra - Zapata - Sakho - Bale

Pjanic - Modric - Veloso - Dos Santos

--------Vela - Saivet

Subs include - Fausto Rossi, Corluka, Wilshere, Fleck, Rafeal Carioca, Felipe Bastosm Woodgate, King, Pavlychenko, Gomes

Only problem with my team is that I play with 8 wonderkids in my first 11, meaning I have the potential to be the best team in the world, but at the moment everyones still learning.

Awesome team. As you said you may feel that the team is a bit young and inexperienced. I feel that your defense and midfield is good enough ( maybe you can buy a versatile player like Matty Fernandes to cover all midfield positions.) Also it would be wise to buy a proven goal scorer.

Matt_B

Play silva as AMC and Walcott on the right wing. Also give Nasri some games He becomes amazing. Get a young DM such as Zuculini, Bolzoni or Carioca.

To get mcfadden I had to sell a pretty significant amount of players (My reserves are literally non-existent now) ... but otherwise he was very willing to move

I have got zuculini in the reserves just now to give him some games.

I would put silva as AMC but Vukcevic was my best player last year as AMC so i'm going to see how Silva does on the right, if not i'll move vukcevic to left and silva in AMC.

I actually have 3 teams. One offline, and two online.

Starting with an online one.

Notes

West Ham end of season 1. Not very good team I'll admit and well below par performance after some serious problems upfront which saw Ashton and Julio Cruz (0 league goals) score 4 league goals in total of 40 games between them:eek: Sold Ashton, terminated Cruz loan and sold an unhappy Bellamy (the only one with half decent scoring record). Brought in Rossi and Briand. Afterwards unsure if Briand will fit Rossi well enough. On that note, anyone knows a terrific striker with Rossi? I need another striker anyways, and if he'll fit the bill (and will join) I'll spent big bucks on him.

Need to improve centre midfield as well. Might be selling Parker for more money and Dyer should already be gone, but nobody wants him and he's done okay so far. Boateng been okay scoring a few goals and Parker's been decent but still nowhere good enough for a team challenging for Europe.

----------------------------------Starting Eleven---------------------

--------------------Rossi/Lewandowski------------Briand/Henke Larsson---

-Vicente/Etherington--D. Boateng/Noble-------Scott Parker/Mullins/Dyer/Delph---Behrami/Dyer/Delph------

-Molinaro/Ilunga-----Thiago Silva/Davenport-------Upson/Gabbidon--------Faubert/Spector-----

Id play Marquinhos upfront instead of Rossi but apart from that I don't see where else you could improve.

Thanks, only got him in 2 months ago so still testing him from the bench! Rossi n Bojan love working together so thats stuck for now. Lloris was a new addition in the Jan window, 50m was abit steep but >,< Thinking about brining vargas in for left back, and maybe mascherano in for veloso.

Edit: Also maybe Anderson in for L Diarra, and then using Diarra as a utility bencher. Anderson's said he wants to come, just gotta fork out the 40m for him now ._.
